I can’t explain with words how sad but happy I am. *SPOILER ALERT!!*
In the end they meet in the afterlife but it’s kinda sad that their kids have to live the rest of their lives with no parents. They were about 20 and 30 so it’s kinda bittersweet.

Idk what episode but in one of the episodes he goes to a different world and when he got to that world, he was on Lian Yu. He went back to Starling City and basically relived everything that happened in the beginning but Felicity was the CEO of Smoak Tech and when he went to look for her someone else was there. When he said it was supposed to be red, he was talking about when he first met Felicity. She was chewing on a red pen in the beginning of the series but the other girl had a blue one instead. Sorry that this was so long.
