I'm a barefooter for life! Barefoot is always better then wearing shoes! Shoes damage your feet! I live a barefoot lifestyle and love it! That's what I call selfconfidence! No indoctrinated bullshit about shoes! Keep on barefooting!
I had a girlfriend from Alabama (USA) who was Always barefoot. I mean she never had shoes on. It was a lot of work to get her to put flip flops on when going out to a restaurant or store etc. Of course she'd take them off when we got there! She'd get looks but generally no one cared or bothered her about it. The bottoms of her feet were like shoes though, the thickening of skin actually made her feet a lot like natural shoes.
You know, when I first began watching this clip, I thought this was some cute crazy young girl rambling. But, after she sat down, I heard her make a profound declaration about the beauty of people having different perceptions. But, the tragedy is when we're not patient and tolerant enough to respect other people's views. So true...so true✌.
Barefooters with comfortable homes have the advantage of being able to return to their warm home when it's cold outside. Homeless people don't have that possibility so their only option is to bundle up warmly. I'm walking barefoot year-round but I'm certainly not spending my nights outside in the freezing cold; my home has cozy 18°C which would be too cold for some but is just fine for me.
Bit too extreme for me. Seeing as most of the world wears shoes, that leaves very few people to trust. And even then such people aren't necessarily trustworthy... I mean, by that reasoning, I can't even trust my wife or my mother! That's a little bit monochromatic...
During long car trips in the summer I always kick off my flops or sandals and drive barefoot. I feel I have more tactile feel control of the car and like the way I can feel what's going on with my car.
@@freddybeer Nope, learn your body and your limits and know how to dry off. -9F sucked a bit this winter. Limit exposure and get warm, circulation improves with limited exposure.
Don't worry!! Our mind guides every step you take. I have been going barefoot outdoors regularly, never stepped on any dangerous objects. Remember our feet were created to be bare. That's why there are a number of nerve endings/ sensors under our feet. When we walk on sand gravel and stones our entire body gets a stimulation through these sensors. Go barefoot for good health and most of all your feet and soles love it. When you go barefoot you allow them to breathe and move freely. All regular barefooters are blessed with beautiful shapy and healthy feet.
When you're in constant touch with Mother Earth, she protects you from top to toe. That's why barefooters are blessed with beautiful, shapy and healthy feet.
You know cavemen you know how in the movies you see cavemen men wearing fur boots that’s not accurate at all they were barefoot they never had fur boots.
It depends where you walk. Elisa's walk is very nice, and her feet hardly get dirty. Me and my kid do a lot of barefoot running, and you would be surprise that you can even step on a broken bottle by mistake, and come off scot free. Statistically, in a clean city or village, chances of a mishap are very low, esp. if you look under your feet and avoid the vicinity of beer pubs :) Ever since my kid convinced me to get barefoot, I claim the level of injury dropped! (I used to get lots of jogging injuries) If you already sleep on the floor, you probably need not much convincing. It works! :)

Yes 🥰🎁
Minnesota here,it hurts a bit but your feet dry so fast and you are not wearing boots that get cold soaked and stay cold.
