The sauce is the main thing that carries this dish you gotta take ur time with it you can’t rush it or over cook it or else it’ll look like that you want it caramel brown it taste waaayyy better and the way the sauce look in the video can leave you with a sore tummy

It's faikakai but it's different. It's called faikakai ngou'a and the sauce is made from vegetables (green leafy ones)
