This video is about an island called North Bay Island in Andamans. This island is famous for corals as you will find coral reefs and good amount of corals. It also offers amazing water activities that allows you to see corals.
There is basically no sight seeing in this area, it is meant only for water activities. The tour to this island is usually offered along with Ross island.

Ferry/Boat
Usually to reach North Bay island one can contact any tour agents for getting seat in boats. These boats are operated by private sector. These boats will operate for two islands North Bay and Ross Island.
However, you will be only given 2 hours for North Bay island.

Thanks :) I am afraid you can not because it will be difficult for you to hold glasses tight in the place with that mask on, however it is not impossible. But I would suggest you to carry contact lenses. Even if you do not wear glasses, you should be fine because in water objects look closer than they appear, it now again depends on how strong your eyesight is.
