I met a girl on spring break and we shared some amazing days together. We both went are ways after but not before we exchanged numbers. I never thought I would hear from her cause we lived so far apart, " I thought what's the point." So to my surprise she messaged me saying if she could call me. I was so nervous cause I never asked her name. She said that she has been wanting to call me sooner but she forgot to ask my name and didn't want to seem mean lol we ended up dating for 3 years . . . hey, if its right its right some things don't need words, you know your living when it all becomes a blur.

I prefer the old Growlers sound, but unlike some people I have yet to encounter (lol), I’m not hating on the new Growlers. I’m not trying to be cool or interesting just because I’m not as into their new material. It’s a simple opinion with no hidden hipster agenda. I get that there are some parts of the Growlers fanbase who hate on their new stuff just to be dicks, etc., but just a reminder that there’s also people who don’t like their new sound as much as their old sound and they’re not assholes. That’s it, it’s just their opinion. They aren’t “hating” or trying to be cool. Some kinda deny it and say “well if you don’t do that don’t get all defensive and personal, we don’t mean you”, but there are a few fans who generalize and just attack anyone who criticizes the band and assumes they’re one of the apparent “toxic” fans. I just don’t think that’s fair, and I also think my perspective on that is super fair and understandable

First growlers song I ever listened to, and automatically obsessed this is the sound I've been searching for like very indie, and reminds me of like older country music, I love it. Now I can't wait to go see them in concert💕😩

I used to watch this video everyday when I was in high school, dreaming about living in Santa Cruz. I found out about the allegations of not only the growlers but of all the other burger records bands…the growlers used to be one of my favorite bands. And it was sad that I had to leave them behind. However, I am moving to Santa Cruz in a couple of months, so I needed to come watch this video. Not to give the band more views, but to connect to 17 year old me, who deserves this move just as much as I do now, at 28.
God dayuum guys this song is too good. The nice simple walking bass fills the space so nice, the lead guitar intro riff with all that nice reverb and minor delay hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm. When that sick drum beat comes in
