I am Native American and a chief of the Gabrielino Tribe, also known as Tongva. Also called California Mission Indians. We must find a way to be Federally recognized as an Indigenous Native Tribe. My decentants are from the San Gabriel Mission in San Gabriel, California. We must resolve all the Treaties the U.S. Government has broken, mainly the Bureau of Indian Affairs. We are still here.

The Spanish Conquistadors along with the Spanish priest and the Anglo Anglo-Saxon did unspeakable things to my native brothers and sisters. Those that would not comply were thought a lesson in front of the congregation to scare others from doing the same. Our corpse are riddled through the missions in California.

Not to get confused. There were many tribes. Not just 1 but many. Many like it other tribes didn't like Catholicism. I'm happy for the ones who loved it since the beginning. Respect the Tribes that doesn't.
If freedom is just a word of politics that doesn't seem to be part America.

They BOTH committed atrocities along with the Portuguese. In every country in the Americas that is Spanish speaking, atrocities were committed by the Spaniards. Please learn some history.
