Mam one ques - like as you covered why LCV is lower than HCV ....what will be the condition when both will be equal ?

When Hydrogen and moisture are not present in fuel. So we substitute H =0 in formula LCV= HCV - ((9H/100 )x 587) and we get LCV=HCV.
