Which Celebrity Is A Tiramisu Cupcake? || Infinity Platter || Daggubati || 2021

- OMG! Tiramisu Cupcakes????!
Coffee flavoured cupcake filled with coffee cream and topped with coffee flavoured mascarpone butter cream. What's not to love about that combination!?
If you love coffee, you are going to LOVE these cupcakes. If you don't like coffee, you will LOVE it after trying these cupcakes ;)

As promised, here's the recipe
Ingredients:
For the cupcakes
125g All Purpose Flour
125g Caster Sugar
125g Soft Unsalted Butter
¼ tsp Bicarbonate of Soda
¾ tsp Baking Powder
2 Large Eggs
1.5 tbsp Strong Coffee
(preferably espresso or mix 1.5 tsp instant coffee in 1.5 tbsp of water)
For the filling
50g Double Cream
½ tsp Caster Sugar
1.5 tbsp Strong Coffee
For the Mascarpone icing
75g Soft Unsalted Butter
120g Mascarpone
400g Icing Sugar (sifted)
1.5 tsp Strong Coffee
Instructions:
For the cupcake:
- Add all in a mixer and beat for 1 minute on medium speed
- Add the coffee & beat for 30 seconds
- Fill in 12 cupcake cases
- Bake at 170 c for 20-22 mins or until the skewer comes out clean
- Leave to cool
For the filling:
- Add sugar & coffee to the cream and whisk until it forms light peaks
- Put the mixture into a piping bag and cool in the fridge until you need it
For the frosting:
- Add the butter & mascarpone to your mixer and beat for a 3-4 minutes on high speed until it becomes light and fluffy (It’s ok if this mixture separates a little. When you add the icing sugar, it’ll come back together)
- Add the icing sugar in 2 stages. Add the first half & beat for 30 seconds
- Add the rest of the icing sugar & beat for another 30 seconds
- Add the coffee and beat until everything is well combined
- Leave in the fridge to cool until you need to use it
Final assembly:
- Make holes in your cupcakes using an apple corer (or by using a small knife)
- Fill each of the holes with the coffee cream
- Top each cupcake with the mascarpone icing
- Dust with cocoa & decorate however you like

The best part is u use regular items, u don't substitute vth so called healthy items, tq for the authentic recipes

I have had the one of the best Tiramisu at VILLANI’s Bakery NC Usa and Dolce Ristorante (Charlotte) those are awesome but your recipes dominated them I have an immense respect towards you Mam , I really liked the way you have been drawing comparisons between deserts and people and would you also please add some points which would be beneficial for health also 😊
