I have damn near your exact starting measurements, and despite putting on a good amount of muscle I've always thought I was doomed to have girly hands and wrists forever. I had come to peace with it. Now you've inspired me to do a dedicated wrist and hand program. Thanks a lot for sharing!
Juicy as fuck. Looks crazy though. 300 days to build that is definitely an unrealistic goal for people to set on the internet. This for sure would take a significant amount of time and so much fucking food, no kidding. You'd probably be best to start building via hard work and lifting from a young developing age to actually get to this point naturally, if possible.
@@Troy-q3e Not even that is possible if you are not geneticly gifted.. and its not crazy when your on steroids lighter or heavier ones does not matter it changed the out come by 10x
Dunno, with pump he looks crazy ... but then you see him in full body shoots and he looks normal for someone who works out daily. I would be more interested to learn how much mass he gained.
Thank you for sharing this. My mom loves to ride her motorcycle, but has very weak hands making it hard for her to pull the break and clutch leavers. This will hopefully help her to gain more hand strength and be saver on the road.
if you didn't have the before-picture I would probably just say you had freak genetics. I never knew you could grow your wrists and hands like that. insane progress.
I'd be interested to hear if any guitar players have tried this. I feel like this would ruin your playing. I already have a hard enough time holding an A major chord with the traditional fingering and my hands are not very large
I think it would ruin most things that need flexibility and mobility. you'll just be a stiff balloon. not worth it imo. You can gain stengh in those areas without having them be so big
You just need to 1. Do strength training instead of the bodybuilding training he's doing, ie do low reps high load. This will lead to more proportionate growth of everything else alongside the muscles 2. Stop intensifying your training well before getting to this muscle volume 3. Not use steroids or other stuff 4. Stretch your hand a lot throughout the process. Tissue growth reduces range of movement and you have to constantly work to get it back
In the video, he said that he mainly did 2 exercises with a belt to build such magnificent forearms. But then he did some pressing stuff, some movements with thumbs, and even cable exercises. So what are the exact exercises he went through for 300 days?
the 2 main exercises were with those judo belt or band that he showed. and the thumb and gripping ones are for bigger hand. Why not try various exercise that he showed insted of trying to find 'perfect' workout

@@RelentlessRoger Mate, you have 100% taken a few cycles. I know because you look exactly like me when I did it. Fair enough, the pump makes things distorted and more impressive, but it's not about that. Your back and shoulders have blown up too. You're training arm wrestling-specific but managed to drastically increase overall mass. Why deny it? Everyone is on.
@@OngoGablogian185 I train for hypertrophy 6x a week and have been at it for as long as I've been on this armwrestling routine, I train both bro and yeah back is a strong point of mine but shoulders have nothing impressive, not detailled not even a vein on them and they don't stick out much. I have never taken stuff seriously
It's a good question. A hell of a lot to recover from, never mind grow like a weed! Very difficult for a natural, unless just great genetics to recover and grow.
He's doing 6x hypertrophy + specializing on hands and forearms every day + his armwrestling sessions. For 300 days. And claims he's not taking. He went from twiggly to larger than natural champs like Nippard in less than a year at a much taller height, which is significantly harder. His bones seem to have added like 25-50% mass. Either he had too little experience to understand he won't fool experienced lifters, or he knows very well and decided to prey on inexperienced people who will eat it all up and buy his course. There's not a natural alive who could keep this regimen going that hard that long. Like, it's to the point his worries are that his muscles are tearing, but no mention of fatigue 😂
Nice gains But for showing the difference, you should keep your shoulders flexed at the same degree. Your shoulders are much more in flexion on the third picture making your forearms closer to the camera and appear much bigger. Or use cm circumference. All the best !
So what gear are you using? Trenbolone? Or just Test? Looks to be a little to much growth for just testosterone tho. And the vascularity looks a lot like Tren.
You forgot to mention the steroids you've used. Now, little kids out there think that they can achieve this in a year, which is impossible for 90 percent of people.
the steroids accusations are getting crazy in this comment section, my PR's talk for themselves I only bench 110kg, don't have crazy feats of strenght in any lifts, I've documented my progress everyday for 300 days on instagram with the same angle and light but of course people will jump to conclusions when someone is slightly bigger than them instead of just litteraly doing some research. it's the biggest compliment to a natural guy yet I'm just dumbfounded by this
@@RelentlessRoger It is not about you being bigger then me, which you are. It's about how fast you became big. This leads to two possible conclusions: 1. You have very good, rare genetics for muscle building. 2. You took PED's You don't look like you have very good genetics, if i look at how you looked before. Does that prove that you took PED's? No. That doesn't matter as much anyway. What matters is that 90 percent of people will not even be close to making such gains. There's enough evidence of what an average natural can expect from a year of training and it's not much. You barely see it in some people.
@@stauffap I think there is a huge misunderstanding about this, I didn't make this much progress in 300 days, but in 300 days of DOING pronation and rising, after about 250 days~ I stopped being consistent because I broke such a long streak, then over the course of 5-6 months I got to day 300 which means I wasn't doing this specific routine and continuing the series but still going to the gym almost everyday and training for hypertrophy, you can even see that my last "200 days comparison" video was about 9 months ago. So yeah I lost motivation to keep doing this but it doesn't mean I wasn't still going to the gym consistently and bulking at the same time.
@@RelentlessRoger Lets take the picture at 3:25. How many years have past from the picture on the left to the picture on the right? Doesn't really matter though. You're as big as Devon Larret, who makes no secret of his steroid use. So again, maybe you have insane genetics. But 90 percent of people will not be able to do this even if they worked out optimally. You clearly worked hard. I'm not saying that it's just comming from PED's. PED use is no secret in professional armwrestling though. It's necessary to compete.

Yessssss! I recognized the judo belts! You get my seal of approval. What a wonderful/respectful spork. Hiroshi Nakamura >
Carpal tunnel speedrun 😍😍
this is awesome, cant wait for the next video as ive really been looking for ways to grow the forearms and especially the wrists.
Reverse wrist curls on cables, answer to my depression.
with fat gripz
for the extensors?
Damn bro i remember watching you at the start on tiktok, great work
haha the thumbnail. a little closer to the camera and the arms a little higher raised in each photo. besides that this is a good video. i think wrist and hand strength is for true giggle chads
as someone who has always wondered what i do about my weak wrists, this video came out of nowhere and Im thankful
I also got addicted to the rising and pronation exercises through the legend devon larrat
Are the straps a must have or can you use cables and dumbbells with Fat Gripz?
This is knowledgeable, wholesome and funny at the same. Congrats man, concrete forearms & wrists
Did you remember to include the steroid cycle detials?
This is AMAZING! I just started doing wrist exercises about a month ago just using my bodyweight and for some reason never thought to use bands for added weight! Im STEALING THIS and Im also just going to say thank you for being an inspiration cause this is so dope dude.
about to go raid my parents attic to find my childhood karate belt lol
Absolutely incredible results! You're amazing, bro. Can you share more about your diet? Thanks a ton!
So you were doing these high rep works every day together with heavy compound movements AND armwrestling sessions?
Thats what I wanna know....
Not on pull days
I have damn near your exact starting measurements, and despite putting on a good amount of muscle I've always thought I was doomed to have girly hands and wrists forever. I had come to peace with it. Now you've inspired me to do a dedicated wrist and hand program. Thanks a lot for sharing!
yeah bro good luck. he just didnt mention his gear use
Hard work + GH + Steroids
Eat Clen, Tren hard, Anavar give up :)
he put on a lot of fat
I have been waiting so long what this is leading to!
He forgot to mention his biggest secret... Squeezing a can of spinach into your mouth
I never knew you could grow your wrists and hands like that. insane progress.
everyone can do this. consistency is key as always
good genetics plus quality chemist
Thumbs simply don't grow like that.
That's some serious dedication bro, great results too, noice
bro jumped on gear and pretending to be natty
You really had some impressive forearm growth. I respect the hard work.
I'd be interested to hear if any guitar players have tried this. I feel like this would ruin your playing. I already have a hard enough time holding an A major chord with the traditional fingering and my hands are not very large
I also think it would ruin your playing.
I play myself and this was my first thought. I don't think I'll be trying this very much, lol. At least not for the thumb.
Have you tried fingering A minor?
I think it would ruin most things that need flexibility and mobility. you'll just be a stiff balloon. not worth it imo. You can gain stengh in those areas without having them be so big
You just need to
1. Do strength training instead of the bodybuilding training he's doing, ie do low reps high load. This will lead to more proportionate growth of everything else alongside the muscles
2. Stop intensifying your training well before getting to this muscle volume
3. Not use steroids or other stuff
4. Stretch your hand a lot throughout the process. Tissue growth reduces range of movement and you have to constantly work to get it back
insane, absolutely insane Bro. Huge props!
Thanks a lot bro
In the video, he said that he mainly did 2 exercises with a belt to build such magnificent forearms. But then he did some pressing stuff, some movements with thumbs, and even cable exercises. So what are the exact exercises he went through for 300 days?
the 2 main exercises were with those judo belt or band that he showed. and the thumb and gripping ones are for bigger hand. Why not try various exercise that he showed insted of trying to find 'perfect' workout
Armwrestling for a whole day is also an insane excercise.
The most important exercises he did was the syringe exercises.
3 sets of 10 injections.

Very good idea man !
Great job man. What a gains 😱
Test enanthate seems to have helped too…
Thought of a smart person
he has great forearm genetics
@@iamapokerface8992He said he has thin wrists/bones that is the opposite of great forearm genetics.
@@iamapokerface8992 lol, genetics so good that in addition to muscles, bones began to grow wider in 3 years?)
@ДжейкЛэджер i mean his forearms and thumb muscle not bones
Insane transformation, super informative video 🤝
Wait, so you're claiming you've not taken any exogenous testosterone?
I am, I don't look like this in everyday life unfortunately it's social medias
True, in 300 days look at the increase of width in his shoulders and back. That's an insane transformation
Bro went from twink to hulk. You know the drill. Hes training harder, eating better and sleeping like a baby. Like all roided mfs
WOW. UR A TRUE WARRIOR MY MAN 😲
Still training 6x per week PPL though? How are you able to recover, especially doing moderate volume and high intensity lol
It's a good question. A hell of a lot to recover from, never mind grow like a weed! Very difficult for a natural, unless just great genetics to recover and grow.
the holy trinity of all hollywood actors: -chicken breast, broccoli and rice- trt, ghg, sarms
Good job bro! 👏 👍
this is fucking crazy like these kinda gains without GH is like insane
Bro even with GH that's insane.
I do not believe this is a natural transformation. Gotta be some GH
Like, it's to the point his worries are that his muscles are tearing, but no mention of fatigue 😂
>without GH
I've got some bad news for you...
crazy work, good job Roger
Those thumb muscles look insane. Good job!
Holy Saginashvili
2:12 sir what exactly was that
Frogzard😂
big up rene artois - nice video fam
Nice gains
But for showing the difference, you should keep your shoulders flexed at the same degree. Your shoulders are much more in flexion on the third picture making your forearms closer to the camera and appear much bigger.
Or use cm circumference.
All the best !
Loving this stuff, must follow for more
So what gear are you using? Trenbolone? Or just Test? Looks to be a little to much growth for just testosterone tho. And the vascularity looks a lot like Tren.
He's definitely on the trenbolone
nerd is claiming natty
This guys build is crazy ive never seen quite like it before
You forgot to mention the steroids you've used. Now, little kids out there think that they can achieve this in a year, which is impossible for 90 percent of people.
the steroids accusations are getting crazy in this comment section, my PR's talk for themselves I only bench 110kg, don't have crazy feats of strenght in any lifts, I've documented my progress everyday for 300 days on instagram with the same angle and light but of course people will jump to conclusions when someone is slightly bigger than them instead of just litteraly doing some research. it's the biggest compliment to a natural guy yet I'm just dumbfounded by this
@@RelentlessRoger
It is not about you being bigger then me, which you are. It's about how fast you became big.
This leads to two possible conclusions:
1. You have very good, rare genetics for muscle building.
2. You took PED's
You don't look like you have very good genetics, if i look at how you looked before.
@@RelentlessRoger
Lets take the picture at 3:25.
@@RelentlessRoger
You look bigger then Devon Larret, who admits to using PED's. You can't compete in pro armwrestling without PED's.
gros respect frérot. très inspirant. merci à toi pour l'expérience.
