I just wanted to say watching your videos during my very long recovery has made me not lose hope and remember the progress I will make once I recover, thanks a lot man, I wish you the best of luck.

You'll need to redo this test in at least 5 years. As a young teenager, were going to potentially gain 100lbs, regardless. The growth of your arm and hands appear proportionate to the growth of your body. The pump fools the casuals. Also, too many teenagers have easy access to GH today, where the young arm wrestling club is a large red flag. Not worth sacrificing your quality of life at 40+, which comes quicker than you realize. Overall, too suspicious to consider following and funding you as a mentor. Best of luck.

      1. Do strength training instead of the bodybuilding training he's doing, ie do low reps high load. This will lead to more proportionate growth of everything else alongside the muscles
      2. Stop intensifying your training well before getting to this muscle volume
      3. Not use steroids or other stuff
      4. Stretch your hand a lot throughout the process. Tissue growth reduces range of movement and you have to constantly work to get it back

He went from twiggly to larger than natural champs like Nippard in less than a year at a much taller height, which is significantly harder. His bones seem to have added like 25-50% mass. Either he had too little experience to understand he won't fool experienced lifters, or he knows very well and decided to prey on inexperienced people who will eat it all up and buy his course.

It is not about you being bigger then me, which you are. It's about how fast you became big.
This leads to two possible conclusions:
      1. You have very good, rare genetics for muscle building.
      2. You took PED's
You don't look like you have very good genetics, if i look at how you looked before. Does that prove that you took PED's? No. That doesn't matter as much anyway. What matters is that 90 percent of people will not even be close to making such gains. There's enough evidence of what an average natural can expect from a year of training and it's not much. You barely see it in some people.

@@stauffap I think there is a huge misunderstanding about this, I didn't make this much progress in 300 days, but in 300 days of DOING pronation and rising, after about 250 days~ I stopped being consistent because I broke such a long streak, then over the course of 5-6 months I got to day 300 which means I wasn't doing this specific routine and continuing the series but still going to the gym almost everyday and training for hypertrophy, you can even see that my last "200 days comparison" video was about 9 months ago. So yeah I lost motivation to keep doing this but it doesn't mean I wasn't still going to the gym consistently and bulking at the same time.

Lets take the picture at 3:25. How many years have past from the picture on the left to the picture on the right?
Doesn't really matter though. You're as big as Devon Larret, who makes no secret of his steroid use.
So again, maybe you have insane genetics. But 90 percent of people will not be able to do this even if they worked out optimally.
You clearly worked hard. I'm not saying that it's just comming from PED's. PED use is no secret in professional armwrestling though. It's necessary to compete.

You look bigger then Devon Larret, who admits to using PED's. You can't compete in pro armwrestling without PED's.
