I’m surprised you didn’t include the FORWRD (KTCHN) Court Caddie or the CRBN Tour or backpack. IMO, the best bags on the market. On a bag reviews/comparisons, you guys touched on it, but I’d love specs on the screen like you do on paddles showing things like cost, standup capability, fence hooks, shoe compartment, maximum # of paddles (with and without covers) and min/max size of water bottles. Awesome review as always!
I agree that it’s hard to main a TruFoam while also reviewing other paddles. I was testing the TruFoam and the C45 at the same time, and switching between those two was tough! Both are great paddles, but they play so differently!
I have a comment on the beginning of the pod when your talking about your game and testing paddles and the Pulse. In the last month I have decided to change paddles from a Mach 2 Forza to something with more pop & power. I play with a standard shape and want a 5.5" handle. After watching a whole lot of reviews I called Paddletek and got them to send the ESQ in both mm. They accidentally sent the Alw 14 and I didn't like the handle so I mostly played with the 12.7. Everything in my game increased except dinking mainly when playing higher level players that could really move and push me. I went back to the Forza for a few sessions then back to the Esq12.7 I really liked it but decided I wanted a paddle that bridged the two and ended up getting a Pulse V. Now its breaking in and I kinda liked how it played from the start with being stiffer then it started changing. At first I didn't like it but now I think it will be exactly what I was going for. I do hope it gets a little more power but if it doesn't it will be fine. I said all of that to share that my game was definitely thrown off and although I would love to receive all the newest paddles to review I wouldn't like how it constantly effected my game. If this is too long just remove it lol. Thanks
How would you compare the 11six24 vapor jellybean and the all court to the new Honolulu Pickleball J2K+ paddles. I currently have a Honolulu Pickleball J2 and J2K but I am just looking for a little bit more power and little bit more pop but still have just as good control for softer play and resets. Your thoughts
YKK are the best and the market leaders in zipper technology. They’re durable, consistent, smooth in operation and come in various styles and colors. They're one of the oldest manufacturers, and still do a lot of R&D.
Wait, where did the gloves come from? Felt like I was looking at “find three differences between these two pictures.” 😂 (Love the dissected paddles hanging on the wall.)
Haha man, had to cut my favorite segment out of this video.. 😅 the gloves part is kinda funny without that! We tried a new thing with sort of a guessing game of different paddle parts, which actually turned out pretty cool... but it made the file size waaaay to big with all the on screen add-ons and I couldn't export it completely... im going to pull an audible and launch that part as it's own thing next week, so it's not gone forever, haha. You're the first one to catch it! 😅
That's a good question.. I think @PicklePharm would probably be better at answering that one, he has been a big Ronbus guy for a long time, and it's been a really long time sense I've hit that paddle, so I don't want to lead you astray!
Are you referencing that one we had with 50 views in 10 days...? 👀 😂 We will all get together sometime and you can join in with your drink of choice! 🍸
How would you compare the 11six24 all-court Vapor to a broken in Pulse V? How do pop and power compare? How does the sweet spot and feel compare? I love the broken in Pulse V but if I can't get another one that breaks in the same now then I would like to look at some other paddles.
Interesting.. I switched to a reinforced V after I dissected mine, and wasn't able to break it in after a couple weeks. Maybe you are one of the lucky ones!!
@@PickleballMedicine yup. Still love the paddle. Touch and reset are still there with the paddle. Just hope I don't core-crush the paddle. Love the video, keep up the good work, Dustin.
4-6 hrs on the FUEGO sweet Dustin and you’ll get full breakin for more power and spring. You’ve got the xray! It’s def gen 3 floating. I put weight in butt cap and 4 & 8 to open it up. It is a 14 mm so it plays more like a 14 mm joola 3S bc obviously there’s no exact mod replacement or it would be delisted/illegal😂

Oooh, and individual paddle sleeves (Y/N)
The weekly main segment: Doing Rounds

Segment name suggestion "Your/my prescribed paddle" as the paddle you are maining to go off the previous suggestion.
Is that pickleball > tennis shirt from The Holderness Family?!
Yep it is! One of my favorite pickleball related shirts! And their local to us, so win-win

Love love LOVE the bag reviews! I have the ADV bag and I can’t say enough good things about it. Great podcast!

No bags please , already paddles are too expensive..lol
Is the Vapor all-court more plush with more dwell over Vapor power?
Yes, easily!
@PickleballMedicine Nice, how would you compare the feel/dwell to the Pulsar Fx R2 (current main)?

always a good time when your podcast drops! Can't wait to hear your thoughts comparing the C45, Genesis 2 and 008 at some point of time!
I'm looking forward to it, thanks for the listen, my friend!!
Weird how videos do better when I’m in them 🤔 kidding of course. Constantly refreshing to boost those numbers up!

Main paddle Rx?
Ooooh I'm liking this!!
The Paddle Prescription? The Paddle Refill?
How do the all courts and jelly beans compare to the saga and prisms pop and power? Thanks for talking about some non power paddles!
Spotify?
I need to be more consistent about that.. but we do have one that exists, haha
Need Hoopis to up their marketing game...love my bag
Feel free to send them our way, we are always happy to take a look at most things!
my Pulse V (reinforced) hit just like a Joola. Bought it on 12/31/2024, and it took me 2 weeks to break in
