    Great video. Just a suggestion but it would be great if in the description you input the times that particular maneuvers were about to be executed so people can forward to those parts of your video. Thanks for sharing!

      Thanks. I posted a link at the top of the video description that takes you to a video that just have the maneuvers. I figured I'd cut it into two videos so that people could watch either one the prefer. Thanks for the advice tho. I still try to mark them and put them in the text. Happy Flying!

    I hope my Checkride DPE is like this, super nice and helpful in calming nerves. My CFI has me doing much more checklist discipline, and calling out each step in procedure, and I am still working on dialing in my procedures and checklists for each Maneuver and banking into my memory and double-checking the key checklist items like descent, landing, shutdown, start etc. Good video, thanks.

    I like this CFI. Ive had nothing but young arrogant kids who are only there for time building and do not mind marking the smallest error as unsatisfactory which causes you to do a whole lesson again. aka dish out 3-5 Benjamins.

    I would of cleaned up the airplane after doing the soft field landing. And then I would stop at the hold short line, look at final to see that it's clear and then make my radio call. Then cross the line for my soft field tack-off.

    • @Fly_The_Sky
      @Fly_The_Sky 2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@MikeHalk100 Because the clearing turns should be done the LEFT first, because if a aircraft was overtaking you, it would be on your RIGHT. But most people for some reason do clearing turns starting to the RIGHT. You can't see behind you, so imagine you had a fast NORAD aircraft coming up from behind you. Always to the LEFT first. I personally do a LEFT first turn 90 degrees, then do a RIGHT turn 180 degrees.
