I've had mine for a few yrs now and its been gr8. Only cons are, the pump moves around on the plate, ended up zip tieing it in place. The stem doesn't shoot straight up, again put zip ties around it and the frame to centre it. Apart from that, its been great 👍🏻 also got a solid cap for the top to clean the fermenter lid gas and liquid lines without cleaner shooting up everywhere 😂.
I’m sold. Going to buy one. Forgot about a keg when I was on holiday, in the fridge with the power off, came back to lots of mould. Needs a good clean!
Nice! I made one myself from a pondpump, a bucket and some tubes and I love it. Cleans the diptubes and everything and I can enjoy a beer at the same time...🍻
Very nice bit of kit Rick. but I'm a cheapo and built one from a water fountain, many moons ago. Still use on the cornies every now and then. Great Video mate. Cheers\_/
I’m always torn between do I take the posts apart and risk leaks or not and risk them not being totally clean… 🤷🏻♂️ so I just take them apart sometimes… great video!🍻
That could come in very handy, cheers Rick, another great video 👍
Cheers 👍🍻

Thats great, blimey homebrew as moved on a bit, blimey..cheers Rick🍺👏
🍻👍
Love this! I want one, but I would add a sieve (if I can find one to fit) that will catch the debris and keeps it out of the pump. Nice one!
Great idea I have one already I think would fit cheers 👍🍻
Nice one Rick. Cheers 😎👍

I thought about building one myself but then decided I was too lazy 🤣👍🍻
@@BrewabitRick I already had most of the parts lying around so it was just a fun moment to put them together. And it does the job! 🍻

I’m exactly the same cheers 👍🍻
I thought of getting one of these myself.
I’m loving using it cheers 👍🍻
Thx. So my question with using Star san to ratio. Does foam go halfway down the street? cheers.
@@zt7489 I haven’t used starsan in it I just use cleaner but I’d definitely say if you did it would be like a 90s foam party in Ibiza 🤣😂
@@BrewabitRick Thx.
I have heaps of the stuff, so I'll just pour it in (10L), close the lid and roll it to remove dip tube air - my old method.
