Regarding the Chines curry sauce powder, you definitely got the right one .
You mix it with water, I add mine to the stir fried veg , add cold water and mix in the powder ,keep stirring.
I would say one third of a pack for 2-3 portions , more if you want it hotter.
You sometimes get dark lumps in the powder break these up before adding.
Don’t add too much water at first, the sauce will thicken as it heats.Let me know what you think of it please.

The whole point of the Too Good To Go app is to stop being food from being wasted, it's not to get a bargain or a weekly shop. Also the items are supposed to have yellow stickers on due to going out of date and not being able to sell them. People only get good items that can still be sold at normal price and not out of date especially from places from Morrisons because the staff just get items from the shelves that are not going bad or out of date because it means they have to update it on the app that they have no bags and the easy way out for them to to just walk around the store getting items as I said before could be sold at normal price and in date which defeats the point of the app xx
