Hello fellow off grid cabiner from Northern Wisconsin. I like your cabin very nice. Enjoyed the video. Beautiful looking property. Winter is the best. Take care.
Thanks very much for watching and for the kind words. Agree, winter is my favorite time. Now for the next 2 months is mud season. Then summer will be a good time again!
Hiya Doin? I just came across your video and enjoyed it, I just subscribed. I will watch your other videos from time to time. You're pretty smart having a 6x6 with tracks, they pretty much go anywhere. I watch a lot of off grid videos and too many rely on 4 wheelers. 6x6s and snowmachines are the way to go for Winter and hauling. Thanks for sharing.
Thanks John in Alaska. For a few months a year, this region is almost indistinguishable from Alaska. On an average winter, I see over 200 inches of snow and it's unpredictable. The 6x6 has been excellent in snow as sometimes it's too deep even for a snowmachine.
Hello: it's a Vermont Castings Aspen C3. They only sell through a dealer network so I bought it from a local fireplace and stove shop that carries their line. I've been very happy with it. Very efficient stove and long burn times.
Thanks for info on Aspen wood stove

Thanks for sharing, how long does the buddy heater run on one propane cylinder?
If memory serves me right it's about 2 hours on high or 4 hours on low.
What brand of wood stove do you have? Where did you purchase it from, if you don't mind me asking?
