Sarah Boone hasn’t just burned through 8 attorneys, she’s attacked them in her dozen+ lengthy letters to the court (the most recent letter is 52 pages), accused them of lying and called them awful names. She also accused the judge of being corrupt and that he must profiting off the trial. Re her LAST attorney, she admitted to just walked out of their meeting, claiming the attorney wasn’t very nice to her, and then asked/demanded that the judge tell the attorney to be nicer to her and treat her more kindly/gently. She going out of her way to make an absolute mockery of this case and the evidence is so damning against her. Or you watch her 1-2 hour interview with the police, you’ll see she willingly gave them all kinds of information and contradicted herself a few times. This trial will be an epic disaster for her, with or without standby attorney. She thinks EVERY ATTORNEY is stupid (her own words).
There is also neighbor testimony who talked about what he heard that night, which doesn’t jive with anything Sarah said. Also, she said she did CPR before calling 911 BUT they discovered she called her ex-husband first who came over BEFORE she even called 911.
@@lynn9558 Sorry - just simply saying "she leaves" meant she left the area, and I pointed up (in my head thinking upstairs). Partying/getting more drunk. It didn't seem to be a big part of what we were trying to talk about with the legal aspect of her waiving her right to remain silent, handing over evidence, etc.
Technically speaking 4 of her lawyers were conflicted out due to having represented the victim in one of the dv cases or a witness in the case or things like that. So her behaviour have only forced 4 to ask to be let off. I believe one of main issues with her last on was that she was acting ‘snooty’ and wasn’t nice enough to her. 🤦🏻♀️
