Dude you are immensely helpful. These videos all have hardly any views, so I can only assume you did all these mostly out of the kindness of your heart. Have a great day
How come i have the perfect track idea but it comes out looking terrible because the background does not match the obstacles but i dont know how to match them
Hard to say but these tutorials may help you: environment lighting - th-cam.com/video/bw9SNMoO5lU/w-d-xo.html lights - th-cam.com/video/KOMdPuLP_BQ/w-d-xo.html decals - th-cam.com/video/KeujcILf-GY/w-d-xo.html
This one could be kind of complicated and hard to explain in text but I'll give it a shot. To start you'll need to set your game mode to skill game so that you can have a custom data source keeping your time instead of the standard timer (it is not possible to alter the time value in other game modes). Place a variable data source in your track. Then place an interval trigger and a set value event that increases the value in the variable data source by 1 every tick. Now in track setting>game mode settings set your primary score to be a custom data source formatted as time and set the variable data source as your value source. Now that variable data source is your time score. In order to adjust it based on hitting an object you'll need a hit trigger and another set value event. Set the hit trigger to activate when your bike or rider hit the desired object and set your set value event to decrease the value in your variable data source by the desired time. There are 60 ticks in a second so a value of 60 = 1 second, 300 = 5 seconds.
Good Tutorials... Really helpful, but I need help. My Explosion Triggers are working in Editor Mode... But if I start a Test run the explosions don't work...
Hard to say what could be wrong. If you have an opportunity to drop by our editor streams on Tuesdays, Shogun could try to help you work out what the problem is. twitch.tv/redlynxofficial
I made a hillclimb map, but I dont know how to make it a skill game, where the goal is to go as high as possible. Does anyone know how I can change it? Thanks
We'll have tutorials covering that coming. In the meantime if you check out the skill game tutorial from Trials Evolution the general concept and tools are pretty much the same th-cam.com/video/DFUaWe56eYw/w-d-xo.html
Not all objects are breakable. When you are in the object selection menu whether or not an object is breakable will be in the object info on the right hand side of the screen. In a few cases there are objects where not all variations are breakable. If the object should be breakable but isn't try different variations.
Well, looks like I’ll be rewatching this one a dozen times

I know it's a long shot, but... Can someone tell me how to make an object that takes 5 seconds off the track timer when triggered?

@@RedLynxTV Ok. I kinda was afraid it might only be possible in skill games. Thanks for the reply though!
