@@michaelterrell5061 cool man. I gotta say it helped a lot when i took chemistry in high school and freshman year of college. The basic concepts of subatomic particles came in handy several times. Back then i mainly focused on particle physcis since it was the most interesting, and it did end up being useful for physics 2 when we covered electromagnetism and magnetic induction and such. Now im in engineering so the deeper stuff has been a little less relevant lately but I'm still interested in it. science is amazing

@@michaelterrell5061 I would say dont underestimate classical physics lol. It certainly caught me by surprise how involved it became, algebra is immensely useful. Personally I remember middle school math not going as well as it should have which meant I had to fill in some holes in high school. I would say just remain diligent in mastering the basic math no matter how tedious it may seem since it will be the necessary foundation for all the interesting physics to come :)

Superspace : or 1,001 lessons in supersymmetry. Tackled field theory texts, done a lot of the exercises. To this day remain in awe by the beauty and elegence of SUSY. N=1, a single complex-valued hermitian super charges anti-commutes with it's conjugate, result something looking proportional to the Poincare invariant (Special Relativity, U(1) sector of the standard model). Pattern for charges is 1,2,4,8. 2 gives SUSY for the electro-eeak sector, 4 gives Super Yang-,Mills, and 8 gives Supergravity or SUGRA. This pegegogical by today's standards, but if I'm wrong, always have Jim.🤓

  • @plutoboy1564

The physicist that proposed this entire theory has already addressed the big point. This theory relies on a supersymmetrical universe. Supersymmetry is a mathematical theory that helps refine our understanding of quantum particles by proposing opposing particles. We have no evidence these particles actually exist, they just look nice in a mathematical context. In Jim Gates own words, his theory is nothing but a “universal fairytail” unless the LHC or later technology can prove Supersymmetry.

So, if , animals, humans, planets, stars, etc., are made with non perfect/broken symmetry, then when and where does supersymmetry happens? Because if we can only see it in math calculations, then, we might be talking about something else.🤔

The math is leading these guys astray. Supersymmetry algebra is a forced solution to the heierarchy problem. But if you still trust Einstein, just a little, nature is not algebra, it is geometry (which can be rendered into algebra, but that's with a grounded geometry going first). So I'd say look for geometrical motivations for the algebra, such as in quasi-particles or strings in ordinary spacetime rather than abstract superspace. Using superspace algebra is a kind of cheat. Like pretending gauge theory fibre bundles are real geometry.
