We going on Sunday here! and I’m dreading it!! We got miss sold this holiday we asked for a quiet holiday and to swim with the dolphins 🐬 to be told it’s a very loud place with a nightclub at the hotel? Try to contact tui with no joy! I have health issues and the last thing I need is loud nightclub music till 3 plus in the morning! And the food doesn’t look great for a 5 star ⭐️ any advice please we spend a lot of money 😔
Hi there I think it’s the other way around when you staying in Riu Palace then you can go to Riu Cancun but not the other way round, hope it helps ✈️🇲🇽
Hiya yes coaches to the hotel and back arranged by TUi, as soon as you leave the airport Tui reps are waiting and telling you which bus you should take, hope it helps 🩷🙏🏼
