Cold chain for medicine and its importance

Biological products are manufactured using biotechnology, whose manufacturing process is completely different from conventional medicine. These medicines are very temperature sensitive. From manufacturing till administration, these medicines required to be stored in a cold chain at a temperature of 2 to 8 degree Celsius. That’s why these medicines are called Cold Chain medicines. So before buying these medicines, we should check whether the pharmacy maintained the cold chain properly on not.
