Petition for Aabriya to release a flowchart template!
Signed! This is potentially useful for anyone, but I'd especially like to be able to make these for new players or people having trouble with class mechanics.
seriously, this. this should be a feature on DnD Beyond and whatnot.
YES!!! quite literally I would pay real world dollars for a digital file for each of the classes!!!!
Aabria mentioning flow charts was what helped me create my "monk-barian menu" which is this but without the arrows. Im so thankful for that because she is my first melee only character.

My dad uses flowcharts. He has a hard time remembering what to do in a timely manner.

A shiny penny to anyone who would share an example of one of these with me!
I have a player who could really benefit from this and I'd love to show them examples.
I don't need a penny but I've made a flow chart for every character I've built.
It's going to be very different for each character because we all have different sub classes weapons feats ect, but I started with a blank lined page, portioned it into sections titled 'actions' 'bonus actions' 'reactions' 'movement' down the page.
Then a list of which types of attack I can use under 'action' ie: melee attack; any magic bonus damage that can be added; any extra ability I can tack on; any bonus action i can pair with it and any checks the target has to make.
Then any actions I can do that aren't attacks, any extra attacks, any spells or things that i can help other characters with ect.
ie, (possibly inaccurate from memory)
Action:
Attack:
Unarmed Strike: add Hands of Harm (1ki) necrotic damage 1d6 + WIS (+2) (once per turn) Cause Poisoned Condition. DC 13 CON
add Stunning Strike: Melee weapon attack (1ki) stun target until the end of my next turn.
Bonus Action: Flurry Of Blows: 2 Unarmed Strike (1ki)
I'd never be able to remember all the bits I can string together without it, hope your player can build one to suit their needs!
