    Hi man, really great videos, finally someone who knows how fotballers train. Would it be possible to add some videos regarding the stamina/endurance preparation for off-season? I couldn't find on your channel any videos on this subject

    I am a 17 year old high school varsity soccer player and it snows a lot where I live so I don’t have a field to practice on. All I have are dumbbells and a bench press. I want to work on plyometrics, speed, and conditioning and I want to go all out for my last high school season but don’t want to overwork myself. Do you have any tips for me or past videos that would help. Thanks

    What does phase in your video stand, like phase 1 is month 1, phase 2 month 2 like that?

      Phase 1 perform for 3-4 weeks. Phase 2 perform 3-6 weeks. 💪
