@pakka-telangana.123 Juru provide the best quality mat and is a trusted brand made in india. I don't trust Decathlon mats anymore and haven't tried others. TPE is recyclable but doesn't get recycled in india so my recommendation will always be natural yoga mats. 😊
So far, after using so many mats, I highly recommend Juru yoga mats, the price is a bit on higher side but they deliver great quality yoga mats. My personal recommendation will be their 6 mm and 7 mm cork yoga mats. It's natural, have a very good grip, provide great cushion and works on all kind of surfaces.
i recently bought decathlon mat, green color one worth 999 rs. during my purchase the lable was saying TPE material(from store) which is eco friendly. Now on websiste its says only 10% eco friendly material and 90% EVA foam and main material is PVC according to website. And yea its cushined and very soft and non skid. For smell as of now using 1 week seems no differance. Hopefully it dont give me rubber smell as i feel breathiing issue with smell (Had previous local mat and had smell). Stii i am not sure if i have bought wrong mat...!🥲😐
@sonalagrawal312 see this is what they do. EVA and TPE are different material. EVA foam is recyclable but sadly they don't get recycled in India. If it's mixed with PVC, it is no longer ecofriendly, the smell may come over the long usage. Do let me know once you start realising it.
