Tricia Helfer fun facts: She started life as a model, became "known" to millions of gamers as the voice of Sarah Kerrigan/Queen of Blades in the Starcraft video games and EDI in Mass Effect. She's 5'11" tall without heels and loves animals so much she bought acreage in California to raise and rehab all kinds of animals (including ALL her cats.) My favorite on-screen roles for her are Mum/Goddess of All Creation, Six in Battlestar Galactica (newer series, not 70's) and her recent role in the Van Helsing tv show (still kinda new, don't want to spoil.)
My favorite part of this episode is between Amenadiel & Linda when she accepts his apology. Amenadiel said "Thank You" to her "Apologies accepted" like he wasn't expecing it and was really grateful that she gave him that. He really does a great job with the way he says things and for that reason his character grew on me over the Seasons. That last smirk towards God was something that Tricia did off script and they decided to keep it because it fit pretty well.
If you think Tricia Helfer is hot as Charlotte in Lucifer, wait till you see her in Battlestar Galactica. This woman has some impressive acting skills, and is always a pleasure to watch.
Aah, the whole "how earth effects angels " side plot is going on for a while. It's gonna be interesting tonhear your theories when it progresses. It's natural that there hasn't been so much of Ella these first 2 episodes, since they have been focused on the mom. Looking forward to the coming episodes 😃
Glad we are getting lots of Lucifer reacts from you, this is enjoyable. Tricia Helfer, the actress playing Lucifer's mother's human host (doesn't seem that complicated, but typing it out... hmm...) is famous among sci-fi/fantasy geek circles for her work as a very important character in the Battlestar Galactica series that started around 2004, among other roles. I loved her in that show and I also have a soft spot for her from her voice work in my favorite game series ever, Mass Effect, starting with the second installment of the franchise back in 2010. Even cooler, she had a small part in the TV show Supernatural in 2007... which to my geek shame, I had completely forgotten. In my experience, the people who are her "fans" largely look at her as a sex symbol. So, when you said she was good looking a couple of times, yeah, there are a lot of people who agree with you. Because of my love of her character from the Mass Effect video game franchise, I have a slightly different take. Sure, she's beautiful, but the character she voiced was complicated. It was an AI, so it started as flat and "emotionless", but as the game progressed things got more complicated, as did her character, and her ability to create ambiguity amid largely monotone delivery was startling. When I became a fan of Lucifer, and got to this point in the story, I thought it was cool that Tricia Helfer was cast in this, and was VERY interested to see what she was going to do... what sort of acting "chops" would be on display. I was very impressed by the range that she shows on this series. I'm not going to say anything else at this point, as it would be too "spoilerish", but for now, I just wanted to acknowledge that she is more than just a pretty face. Oh, last bit of cool Tricia Helfer trivia. I just finished watching Van Helsing, a Netflix series, and while the show steadily self-destructs as the seasons progress, Tricia has a very cool, though small role in that show. I am not used to TV shows I like totally falling apart as they age... some decline in quality is expected as the original show runners, directors, writers (!), and even actors drift away to other projects, but as good as Van Helsing was in the first season, it was utter garbage in the final season. The writing was so painful that it took all of my willpower to finish the show. It felt like a crime against the characters who I had grown to love... luckily many of them were on screen rarely, having gone on to other things, work behind the camera, or just a function of their roles diminishing over time. It was painful. If you are interested in a rather brutal post-apocalyptic vampire show... sort of... I would highly recommend season 1 of Van Helsing, but I also have to include the warning, treat it as a "one and done"... don't plan on watching the entire show. Season 2 isn't that bad. Season 3 is watchable, most of the time... but the quality seems to fall of a cliff, degrading steeply as the seasons progress. Season 1 though, phenomenal writing, acting, very well presented. Anyway, this is a lot of words. Best wishes! I look forward to the next episode you share with us. Thank you very much!
It wasn't easy for Tom to do those scenes of disgust at the thought of Tricia Helfer's body... When she played the uber sexy Number 6, on Battlestar Galactica, let's just say that he was a big fan. Yes, he had a huge crush on her, as did we all. ;-]
4:51 The Laugh Was Adorable Season 2 Is My Personal Favorite And I Hope You Enjoy It As Much As I Did. Tons Of Absolute Favorite Episodes This Season. Especially 2x13. I Can't Wait For You To See The Ending Of That Episode. Hits So Hard.

she also played number 6 in battlestar galactica no way u can forget her role in that.
In Lucifer's mom's defense about the cell phone, she probably wouldn't know what that device is, since she's been in hell for untold years.
Ellie: I can't wait for Chloe to realise everything he is saying is true
Me: yeah. Me too. 😜

Tom had a huge crush on Tricia from her Battlestar Galactica time and was super nervous when she joined the cast.
The way his eyes light up when he says cocaine.
8:24 looks like a: "The game is on!" face to me :D

It was obvious that the showrunners would cast a goddess like Tricia Helfer to be the goddess of all creation.
"What a BITCH!" Exactly my world too 😂 loved your reaction and excited for Lucifer week!
