I love your rendition of "Love Letters". Beautiful sound Great singing which blends with those instruments. My wife and I also performed this piece. Donna you have soul!
I was hit on the head with a hammer as a child.... Yes that big blossomed woman IS you...... Im crying as I type.....one of those days you know? xoxoxo
Beautifully done. My mother owned a tavern in Fox River Grove years ago. I had an amp beside the jukebox and sang this song along with Elvis's recording it. It's a very soulful song.
This song was popular when in high school. We had a male teacher who could sing it just like it sounded on the radio. I loved it then and still do. The music came from a movie with Jennifer Jones and Joseph Cotten called Love Letters made in 1945.
Thank you David... it came from MY heart... the one that I " bring out for special occasions"..:).. There a song I like by Dwight Yokum... "The Heart That You Own"... I would love to make that video... but it's WARNERS!!!!!! xoxoxoxo
Amazing. It needs a beautiful voice to sing this song…and you’ve got one.

Thank you so much Chuck... xox
What year did Brenda Lee sing this song?
I'm pretty sure this version is from the albums of 1965. It's also appeared on an album from 1981 which I haven't heard.
@@Shifu56 This is the 1981 version. The 1965 version was 1 min. 20 sec. shorter.
Yeah well I'm pretty sure Kamala Harris has a love letters straight from her heart for Joe Biden if he happens to win the presidency
Not my favourite version; I reckon Alison Moyet's cover was best. Still, there are no bad versions.
