Curious how your Caraway pan/pots have been doing? Any stainging or discoloration? Not in this episode but absolutely love my Dollar Tree meat masher….I’m all about color coordination and when I saw the gray I got it and ditched my black one..yeah, I’m that shallow but love a color coordinated kitchens.
I agree! I love color coordination too! They are doing well. I’ve had them for over a year and they are holding up nicely. The key is to read the instructions and never cook on high. They retain heat more than normal pans so you never need to cook above medium.

I prefer the mild green enchilada sauce. When it's hard to find, I use the mild red enchilada sauce. Thanks for sharing all these great recipes.
