The kaleidoscope ink pads are very cool. I actually went on an eBay shopping spree years ago buying up many of them. I took them with me overseas many years ago to leave in our apartment there. I take craft supplies with me. And I loved that I could have so many colors but take up so much less luggage Space. I took bunch of mini ink cubes and maybe 6-12 of these different colored kaleidoscope ink pads. Stampin up had several versions with some of their colors in them as well as other color combos in craft stores. They were a wonderful addition to my crafting goodies over there.

Love these! I haven't done these in years! I have the postage stamp edger scissors and even some large rubber stamps that were made years ago for this particular technique! I am all set! And I love how you are using the Kaleidacolor pads! All materials that we "older" stampers have packed away in drawers somewhere! Now we can breathe new life into our supplies! Thank you for this video! Always inspiring!

Yes, love these! I was a philatelist as a kid (stamp collector) so these really appeal to me. Collecting stamps taught me geography and history as well as an appreciation for small art! Great results, Lindsay!

Those stampoids are stinking cute! One of these days I'll buy postage stamp edge scissors and a postage stamp punch :)
I've used a needlepoint tracing wheel I bought at Daiso Japan with one of our metal rulers to get decent perforations. I think Tim Holz has a perforator too. Poking with a needle would take longer, but not too long lol!

I agree this is fun! I've seen the Kaleidacolor pads on Amazon, though price, as with everything on Amazon, does fluctuate. It looks like Joann's has them too roughly for $7 a pad, which isn't bad considering you're getting 5 colors per pad.

Lindsay I know you have done several watercolor colorwheel theory video's, only most incluided in a demo. I was wondering if you can do an extended video on primary color mixing? I don't like the big pallets, I LOVE my small cotman travel set. But I need some knowhow on mixing toning and shading, if you could plan that in on the small cotman set that would be awesome. I have the set of 12, I thought I have seen you use it once or twice but I could be mistaken.
