Haven’t tried a twist out yet…but my braids outs take about 45 minutes - 1hr . Depending on how small I make the sections.

Hmm that’s interesting. I usually only apply a little bit of oil and if I don’t use oil my curls don’t hold. But it’d also probably depends on hair density.
