She said "Hello, I agree that it is definitely Americanized and you don’t get the full Jamaican experience. Resorts, in general, appease to the mass and try to make Americans or Europeans more comfortable. However, REAL Jamaica is not usually luxurious, so everyone may not want that experience. However, this resort does a really great job of incorporating Caribbean decor and art. They also prepare a lot of Jamaican cuisines at multiple restaurants which gives insight into the culture. MY COMMENT WAS: 'Why get on a plane and fly hundreds of miles to come experience the same place you come from? This does not make sense what these ALL-INCLUSIVE hotels do. I believe that they are hiring criminals to commit these killings to keep the tourist scared in these resorts so they are afraid of venturing out of resorts. This way they get all the money.
