This song is about misandry, and women who hate men, and so just for that, for having the guts to name this sickness of misandry in society, in a song, makes this song a great rock song of all time, plus the melody is also masculin, direct, and aggressive, and the band members are all men and masculin also, which is refreshing compared to the average rock metal band today with guys still living like they're on drugs and in the 70s with long hair and grubby appearances, while Rammstein have an all men masculin and leathery look band, and all with short hair, and rough masculin rock metal songs.

So when some dude points out the least important detail of this incredible performance - that he looks tired, which I think is a bit of an overstatement, winded or exhilarated is better, 'exhausted' is just pure needless hyperbole - I think to myself "gosh, of all the things that could be said here, OP has chosen to point out a discouraging triviality." Its moot, its just not helpful. Why even comment at all? I think he looks not exhausted but majestic, like a pride male lion taking the first of the kill, or a mating bison or something. Something large and dense, I don't know. He looks awesome.
