The Ursulic Acid + Retinal Overnight Reform is an absolute gem, and it delivered everything I needed for my skin: some slowing down of the ageing process whilst targeting my acne in an unbelievable way. As someone who’s had several degrees of acne for 30 years and has tried everything under the sun, I was flabbergasted when my acne started to subside. I don’t know how or why, and honestly at 43 I don’t care. Just keep it coming. Sadly Triphala didn’t do much for my hyperpigmentation, but then again not even lasers are being very effective (yes, I wear SPF with fervour). I love the very curated, very targeted line. I do hope Sachi can get a retailer in the E.U. just because customs is complicated in many countries and it takes a toll not knowing if your precious investment is going to be sent back. As an aesthetician with my own practice, I’d like to suggest staying small and partnering with spa owners/professionals. I designed an entire facial around another small woman owned extremely popular Ayurvedic brand. I was fortunate enough to be part of their product studies and I excitedly applied for a wholesale account. My request was denied because they were “small” and didn’t have enough inventory to take on more accounts… only for them to turn up In Sephora and and other massive retailers. And good for them, however, to say I was disappointed was an understatement. Now I’m using up my product with them and then I’ll completely rework my beautiful facial treatment because, let’s face it, who wants to compete with Sephora? I wish you and your brand the best.

Well done Farah. Amazing brand. I have the Pro Resilience Serum and Ursolic. They both so elegant. Since opening I have been reaching for them over and over again. My skin is sensitive easily reactive and cannot get on with pigmentation products. But i will be trying Sachi. This interview has given me the confidence. Thank you❤
