My husband told me I looked fancy going to ALDIs with him. I had on jeans, a graphic tee and my fav denim jacket like yours, crossbody cute purse and jewelry…guess I learned from a pro…love that blue dress..all cute upgrades outfits. It has been about ten degrees cooler here too for May. My hubby happy..he hates hot weather. ❤❤❤❤

Love it, I am totally in a rut and I have the clothes, just needed a bit of inspiration. I just bought some tanks to add under my button up cotton blouses and just adding another layer with some spring canvas type pants that are in color(not jeans) really perked up my day to day outfits. Thank you
This is what I needed is a step-by-step guide. The denim jacket really elevates the look, but I know I won't be able to wear it in our hot Texas summers. Would you still wear the statement jewelry without it or would you wear something more simple instead, especially with the shorts?

I will never embraced most of these and I will stick with neutrals for the most part. You are right that they never go out of style and I have always looked at peolpe who criticize them as being a bit lacking upstairs. I avoid red for the most part but just wore a classic dress and jacket (most expensive dress suit I ever bought) to my neice's wedding in Ireland. I had bought this suit for my sister's wedding 28 years ago. It has never gone out of style.
