- Sixty years ago, stray dogs from the USSR called Belka and Strelka became the first living beings to fly around the Earth and safely return home. In this video, we’ll show some rare footage of the space dogs and briefly tell the story of these remarkable animals.

@@skyvlogs8998 ye but dogs are animals and she was one sacrifice for an incredible discovery. There is a dog breed named after her and she is a hero in the entirety of Russia. And right now somewhere in the world people are housing millions of dogs in terrible conditions for food.
The reason a human couldn’t go because they were testing if humans could go to space. I love the video and the dog!!! Please do more.

The russians killed a 2 year old dog named laika by sending it to space, the cooling system broke and laika was stressed so it killed her, however they didn't make a system for her to land back to earth, and the soviets lied for nearly 50 years about how she actually died
And yet they are proud when they are supposed to be ashamed

It's is more easily to contain their excrements in the flying than if it was males. But one day male dog also got into space.
So what's the reason for that dog barking?
No one knows. Suddenly, she felt bad (even vomited), maybe the stress of the flight influenced her.
Apparently she saw a US basic satelite which was not of her fancy ...
... imagine orbiting for four times around earth being a dog ... you are fed up, you feel totally sick and you want to go for a wee ... you bark!!
