To communicate with a smartphone with HC-05 Bluetooth module, smartphone requires Bluetooth terminal application for transmitting and receiving data.

Hi, did you face any delay in receiving signals to the hc05. I am getting delayed signals and at time it jams. What can be the issue?

Switch to a higher baud rate. The communication will be faster. But then the cases of receiving complete data frames is lesser.
