I was watching past 7 days all videos about microcurrent tools, especially Nuface and Foreo, and girl, You are the best! Noone did review like You! Thank you a lot! I'll subscribe and watch every video You post, You're just amazing, straight on the point, very smart and really understand way how those tools work and anatomy of the face what's really important and rare today. I'm still between mini and regular one, but because I have huge head, big eyes and I want something that I will use for a long time (3yrs investment), I'll get stronger one, and by the time increase microcurrent strenght to max. But for someone that is okey with strength 3, small head and eyes, young person, smaller budget at the moment and that would probably switch on microcurrent device in one year, probaby stronger one, I think mini is the right decision.

Hi Glad you liked the video. To be completely honest. There are stronger devices out there, but in regards to micro-current stronger it's not always better. I have a lot of more expensive microcurrent devices that are stronger than the BEAR, but i get better results with the BEAR because it's quicker to use. So I feel the best microcurrent device it's one that you use consistently and get great results. I actually own most of the microcurrent devices in the market today and I will make a video ranking them all soon if you are curious to know the comparisons. Hello! Wonderful and useful tutorials! I received my unit today. I'm worried because the instructions say to avoid the eye area. And I have a big problem there. Is it dangerous to treat the area around the eyes with this device?
I was just to ask the same question. I am also worried because they repeat it many times, to don't use it in the orbital bone. :( I do not even exactly know what area exactly they mean by that, but I am also afraid to do this routine. Wish that she will reply to that

This was very informative! I love that you showed the face with the muscles. I always rinse the NuFace gel off as I don’t like the way it feels. I have the NuFace but I purchased the Bear for travel, but I find on those rushed days it is quick and does the job! Thanks 😊

Amazing tutorial thankyou very much, will definitely be using this when my bear arrives. Has anyone in their 40s/50s seem good results? TH-cam is full of reviews and tutorials from young people with no sagging/wrinkles so hard to see any results on improvements for us older ladies.
You're welcome. I just turned 45 this July and I was 44 when i shot this video. Microcurrent it's a modality that works for any age but i feel that if you are older you will definitely see more results than someone that does not need any lifting. The BEAR results are also cumulative so you will see even better long term results with regular use besides the immediate results. I had the nuface trinity with the ele attachment for two years and just got the foreo bear and the mini and it really blows the trinity out of the water. Trust me when I say the bear gives me MUCH better results. I use it on the strongest setting with conducting gel and strenght two on my forehead and around the eyes. Even my neck looks so much tighter I already saw an imptovement with the trinity but this is a lot more lifted
Thank you for these videos! I have been using my bear mini for a couple weeks every day. I only have it on level 2, but I cannot stop my eye from closing when it gets close! When I do my jawline my mouth goes crazy 😅 I’m not sure if that’s normal, but I definitely see my forehead/eyelid/brow area lifted when I use it!
Hi You're very welcome! If you are experience any involuntary muscle twitching just lower the current to 1 and increase the current with time. You will still get results but it may be your muscles just need some more getting used to the current or also check if you are using enough conductivity. I bought the Bear 2 and it's my first time using microcurrent devices, I must say that the first time I used it was kind of shocking (no pun intended) and slightly uncomfortable. But it's the kind of pain you get used to in time.

The APP tutorial that comes with it it's very basic that is why I developed my own routine and I'm sharing it. I feel works best when i use this way than just the APP tutorial. I feel that will add more tutorials to the APP in the future, but so far the APP Tutorial is very basic and I feel that is why not many people use it to it's full potential. I bought foreo bear about a month ago. Let me tell you, this little machine is amazing. I was eckeptical, but you see the results since the firt session. After a month my face looks plumped and Iifted. Love this machine. My under eyes is stll a problem, but I will follow this procedure and see how it works. Thanks a lot.

I am 62, I have good skin never smoked or had much alcohol my biggest disappointment is I am getting jowls and a double chin. I am small built a slim with a long face type but high cheek bones. How can I get ride of my jowls and slightly dropping mouth. It really make me feel like an old lady My body is size 10-12. Any suggestions would be so great fully received. You're soooo helpful in this video! I read somewhere that microcurrent might cause facial fat loss since muscles are underneath the fat layers. Have you experienced any facial fat loss after using the Bear or more fine lines/ wrinkles because of the pulling and tugging? Thanks!! ❤️
Why do you think FOREO Bear doesn’t give the ampere usage? Over 500 actually DEPLETES ATP. I want to get it, but the fact they don’t disclose that disturbs me. Thoughts? Never mind. I went with Myolift Mini. Thx anyway.

Can I ask a odd question? Why doesn't your muscles twitch when using the device? My facial muscles twitch/contract a lot when using the Foreo mini. But I have never seen it in any of the tutorial videos?

Hi Vanessa :) You're welcome. You shouldn't feel anything with microcurrent. If you are feeling little short shocks sounds like you need to apply more conductivity gel or spray the gel with water more constantly to revive the gel and this will help with conductivity as well as it should help to not feel any sensations. @@vanessasoares5918 I think it may possibly be hairs on your face. I find when I do my upper lip where I sometimes get fine hairs ( I get these tiny shocks but not anywhere else on my face, I'm not hairy there).

Yes you can! i have used it for years with great results. The only thing to keep in mind is to lower the current to a level 3 or lower to start since the eye area is more delicate. The BEAR mini has smaller probes and only goes to level 3 so it's more target it to the eye area but you also use the BEAR full size if you lower the current and use the moves i show on this video.
Hi thanks for your questions. I will do a video about it to compare.But in a nutshell they are completely different devices with different technologies and modes. If you are just looking for face lift then the BEAR might be a better options. The Booster pro does lift but it has settings that the BEAR does not have so does lift but helps with face volume, the best wrinkle smoothing and also has the needle free technology. But the BEAR 2 does give a better life since it's mainly a microcurrent devices. The bear 2 does require conductive gel and the Booster pro can be used with your regular skincare since uses a different technology than the bear. Hi I miss you all too :(. I'm hoping to be back soon and I will talk about what is going on and why i haven't been able to post :( In a nutshell...My son got really sick for over 2 weeks. Than I got sick with the same virus he had and now that i'm finally starting to get better my father-in-law tested positive for Covid last Friday :( I had Covid last year and I was sick for a very long time and I'm still not fully recovered that is why when i get sick i take a long time to bounce back. My husband and I are all vaccinated but my toddler is not so i'm very worried :( We will test soon and hope it's negative. But all these have really taken a toll on my health and energy to shoot and post. I haven't been sleeping well and hard to be on camera when i'm not physically well. Thanks for supporting my channel and enjoying my videos. it means a lot to me. I will keep you all posted on what will happen next. Hope we are all clear from Covid and I can come back to normal. You're welcome. The FOREO BEAR will definitely work for any age for lifting and it's so easy and quick to use that i find more effective that my other devices because i end up using my BEAR more often because it's a quicker treatment. The best device is the one you will use so if you commit to using the BEAR you will definitely see results for lifting but if you also have other concerns such as laxity of the skin or collagen loss than you may also need other devices to get even better results but for sure start with the BEAR and use it for at least 3 months before deciding if you need anything else. Because it truly depends on your skin needs.

Oi Camila :) Eu pessoalmente prefiro o BEAR de tamanho normal porque é mais forte e vai ate o nivel 5 e o BEAR mini vai so ate o nivel 3. Sim se pode obter bons resultados com qualquer deles mais prefiro o que vai ate o nivel 5 pois é mais forte . O BEAR mini foi feito para areas menores e delicadas como a area dos olhos mas eu abaixo o nivel do BEAR normal para 3 e uso tambem na area dos olhos.
Hi The feeling you are experience could be caused from not having enough gel in the area that it's not giving enough conductivity so the micro-current might be bouncing back. Even though it may feel like a shock it's truly just feeling the microcurrent bouncing. I'm saying this because the BEAR its anti shock and comparing to my other microcurrent devices that i have used i can tell you that it is a different feeling when you get literally shocked by the tool. The shock i felt with other microcurrent tools such as Nuface feels different. It's more like a zap or an energy spike like a feeling of the energy crawling on skin and shocks causing like a thunder bolt effect. So try first adding enough gel or serum to the area and making sure the area it's always wet or slippery when using the tool. HOWEVEr If after adding enough gel to the area you are treating and you still feel this shock. Maybe contact FOREO and let them know to see if the machine might be malfunctioning. Can we also use DIY Vit. C 10% serum (water based/no glycerin) before applying Argireline Serum and starting the micro current? Was thinking if it helps penetrate the maybe not a bad idea ..
You might have mentioned but I didn't hear, is there a big difference between the results of the mini & regular? 💥🌹 I have the clareblend but I think this plumps skun out more.
Hi The Mini has smaller probes and only goes to level 3. The regular size BEAR goes to level 5 and has bigger probes. I like the regular size better because you can do everything the mini does and it's stronger so you can also use on the whole face. I honestly prefer the regular size BEAR than the mini. I have both but i often just use the regular size Bear. Let me know if you have any other questions. Sorry for the delay on the reply. Hi Happy you liked the video. I honestly find that the Regular size BEAR is better for me to use for eyes and my whole face. Yes the BEAR mini has smaller probes so it's easier to go in smaller areas, but i honestly hardly reach for my mini and I find that i feel the current more with the BEAR mini than i do with the Regular size BEAR. not sure why. If you can afford both you can try the mini to see if you like it better on eyes area. But I recommend the regular size bear for whole face and eyes because that is what i mostly use myself.
Thank you! I found a package deal on Amazon from FOREO for the Bear Mini and UFO. I agree with you, I feel like the full-size Bear does a better job on the eye area. I still use the Mini (the treatments on the app) but I like the full-size Bear.

Oi feliz de ter você aqui no meu canal. o ideal é retirar o brinco antes de utilizar o Bear porque qualquer tipo de joia que tenha metal (ate ouro) pode servir de condutor da electricidade da microcorrente e pode dar choque pois metal conduz electricidade. Nao vai eletrocutar nao...nada muito forte...mas pode dar um choquezinho ou desconforto. Por isso por questao de comforto e precaução tem que se retirar brincos e ate colares quando usar qualquer microcorrente. Isso se aplica não só ao BEAR mas qualquer aparelho de microcorrente tem essa contra indicacao...ate se fizer em Estetisista vai pedir para retirar brincos e joias durante o tratamento. Me desculpa o portugues enferrujado... mas moro aqui a mais de 25 anos e as vezez escrever em portugues sai enferrujado....rsrsrsr mas me avisa se precisar que explique melhor. beijos

Hi it does help to firm up the neck and under the chin but also the results depends on your age. If you have a lot of sagging it could be more effective to mix this with Radio frequency as well, but I did see some firming on neck and under the chin for sure and I have a before and after photo on my other BEAR video. I have a whole tutorial for the full face and neck and I have my before and after from neck photo there after using it consistently. Eu comprei o mini ha exatos 2 meses, vi resultados pequenos, talvez por nao ser taaao forte quanto o bear normal ne. Nao sei. Eu tive a sensação que as rugas na testa aumentaram levemente talvez tentando levantar os olhos. Voce acha que isso seria possivel? E tambem vi na foto de comparacao de antes e depois que entre as sobrancelhas a ruga aumentou. Mas como vc comentou no video das 6 dias, eu vou tentar melhorar minha tecnica. Talvez ela tenha que ser melhor executada. Eu tenho feito com gel condutor apenas por ser mais barato por aqui. Como sempre via videos comentando que é necessario fazer com o rosto limpo eu nao imagina que pudesse colocar serum por baixo. Essa dica foi anotada e irei testar dessa forma!!!

Sentei agora para buscar o seu comentario passado e nao achei entao vou responder qui. Em relacao ao BEAR... O mini é mais fraco porque é mais para a area dos olhos ou labios e para areas menores mas eu adaptei usar o BEAR normal para os olhos so abaixando a intensidade e tem funcionado bem por isso acho que nao precisa ter os dois mas o mini realmente cabe melhor na area dos olhos porque é menorzinho. O BEAR me ajudou bastante na ruga entre as sobrancelhas talvez a foto nao tenha mostrado bem isso. A luz tava um pouco diferente pois uso com meu telefone. Esse tutorio que mostro na area dos olhor nao acho que cause rugas na testa. Talvez tente a technica que ensino nesse video. Em relacao a gel conductor. Voce pode usar também Glicerina pura como gel condutor. A Glicerina ajuda a corrente a penetrar na pele e também hidrata a pele. Eu acho uma melhor alternativa e também bem mais econômica. Tenho testado e tenho gostado dos resultados de usar com Glicerina mas tem que ser pura. Vou fazer ate um video sobre isso mas quero compartilhar essa info com voce aqui pois funciona com GLicerina tambem. Sim pondo serum por baixo ajuda a que os ingredientes do serum sejam absorvidos melhor pela pele pois microcorrente alem de dar lift tambem ajuda a penetrar ingredientes por isso leia bem os ingredientes e so use com produtos seum a base de agua e sem acidos.
Hi yes I have the Clareblend mini and when I used to use it I also saw results. I don't use it anymore because it takes longer to do the treatment time compared to the Bear. The Clarablend mini takes 20 mins and I usually do my Bear advanced treatment from 6 to 9 minutes total so for me the Bear works best for being faster and still giving me the result I want. But they are both amazing tools. I will do a ranking video of all my microcurrent devices and I will for sure include the Clarablend mini.
Hi I do it on each eye till the device turns off. So i do about 3 mins on each eye. 3 mins on each eye should be fine a couple times a week if you want an extra eye lift and you can also alternate with the rest of the face on the same day or other days. I often do my whole face and eyes in 7 to 9 mins total and i just turn the device on again when turns off. But this is a more intense treatment you can also do just the regular 3 mins treatment more often and you will still see results this is just giving suggestions on a more intense treatment do a couple times a week to get even better results or if you are older and need more lifting. otherwise the regular 3 mins all over the face daily should work as well with consistent use.

Great tutorial!! Would you recommend the Foreo BEAR over the Nuface or the Zip for mature skin? I'm 48 and on many webs they tell this device is only for young people..However, I don't want results for only a few hours as many people say they get with Nuface, for instance..
The foreo bear have more potential and it's better quality compared to the nuface it's what many people say on TH-cam whu have both devices, I don't know about the Zip
Thank you! I'm 44 so i understand that we over 40 girls have more skin needs! I own the Nuface, the Ziip, the Myolift mini, Myolift QT, the Clarablend mini, and the Mesoform pro. I have them all ;) and I will make a video comparing them all. But for now I can tell you that these are all amazing tools but i honestly use the BEAR over all these tools, because it's faster and the BEAR gives me great lasting results. I used the NUFACE for many many years and when i got pregnant I stopped using the NUFACe and my lift ended within a week. I was so upset because i thought since i was using for years it would last longer than a week. I've been using the BEAR for many months and now I can even stop for a whole month and i still get my lift and I can tell you i have seen long term effects from the BEAR way more than from using NUFACe for years. HOWEVER I feel that the BEAR APP tutorial it's targeting younger people and the APP tutorial is very basic and not enough for older people. When I first got it i did use the APP tutorial and mixed with my Advanced tutorial, but I feel that the APP tutorial it's not enough for my age and that is why i developed these advanced moved to use on myself. And after using it for a while i can tell you it works! So now I only do the BEAR with the Eye lift Advanced tutorial that i show on this video and also on the Full face Advanced tutorial video. So if you decided to get the BEAR definitely use it on manual mode and do these moves I teach on this video as well as on my other Bear full face advanced tutorial. I created these move based all all the tools that I have and they have been giving me great results. One of the main reasons I love the BEAR, besides the results...it's that is really quick to use and even when i do the advanced tutorials I spend less than 10 mins on my whole face. So for my needs it works well since I lack time and I also love the results. But if you are older and have a lot of free time there are also other amazing microcurrent tools. From the ones I have I'd suggest the Myolift Mini or the Clarablend Mini over the Ziip. The Ziip is great but you can only use it with their serum which is $80 so gets really expensive and I found the Ziip it's more for acne and for the skin. It works the muscles but nanacurrent focus more on skin quality. I did like my results but my bank account didn't like the serum prices. So I stopped using it because it was too expensive and I honestly get way better results with the BEAR. The other microcurrent tools that i love it's the Myolift mini not the Miolyft QT. The myolift Mini it's also an amazing tool that I love and I feel works great for older people if you have the time to learn and to use it. but again i use the BEAR over the Myolift mostly because of lack of time and I love that i can do the BEAR while watching TV and get it all done quickly. The Myolift takes 30 minutes to do but it does work really well and have lot of attachments. So i do also recommend it. Another great tool for older people that it's not very talked about its the Clareblend mini. I do love it as well and give amazing lift. But it does require 20 minutes treatments a few times a week. So even though i love it I don't have the time to do the treatments. But again if you have the time it is also an amazing tool. I will actually do a video ranking all my microcurrent tools to explain better the differences but i feel it really goes down to budget and time available to do the tools. let me know if you have any other question and keep an eye for a future video ranking all these devices.

Thanks :) Happy to hear you liked it. Thanks for your suggestion of video :) I actually have the Droplette and I have been testing for a few months to do a video. So far I like it, but to be honest i'm not sure it's worth the high price plus you can't buy it without having to pay for subscription of their capsules. I do see good results, but I find that you can also get amazing results with Radio Frequency and Microcurrent without having to pay for a subscription on top of the device price. I will do a video about it and explain better. I like the device but i wish it didn't force us into buying a subscription.I'm still on the fence if I'd recommend it. Maybe I would for sure recommend the device if subscription was a choice. Another thing I don't like is that you can't buy a variety package of the capsules. you have to choose one at a time so if you choose 2 types it gets even more expensive as a monthly subscription. Don't get me wrong! i like the device but I feel you can still get amazing results with other tools without having to have such high monthly subscription. I will keep you posted if my mind changes but so far I'm still on the fence. I will do a whole video about it as soon as i'm done testing it. Also I don't feel that it is a one and done device. You get good results but for the price and subscription commitment it should be all i need to use but you do still need to use other devices and that is why i'm still on the fence if it's worth it.

Hi The BEAR will not be as effective on the body since the muscles on the body require much stronger current. For the body it's best to use either EMS or a microcurrent device specifically for the body so it has the correct strength to work on the body muscles. Galvanic it's also a type of microcurrent. So you can use either before your after the BEAR.
Hi The Gel that I use it's from Nuface and it's a leave on formula so I don't wash it off. If you use it with other gels on top of serum and wash it off than yes it will wash off the Argireline serum. however microcurrent also helps to push the ingredients deeper so even if you wash it off should be fine too and you can just apply more serum after if you wash it off but the benefits of the serum will already be infused from the microcurrent treatment as well.

Hi Yes The brand THE ORDINARY has a lot of great pretty affordable serums with great ingredients. Pretty much any water based serums from The ordinary would work. I specific like the Ordinary argireline serum and it costs $8.50. You can find links on the description box or just at any Sephora. Hi Ali, Also try spraying water on top of the serum to revive the serum so it's moist all the time because the serum can dry out and cause the shocks. Hi, not to critize but sincere question: doesnt the guideluines of Foreo say that you can’t use the device in the eye and mouth area? I’m thinking about buying the nuface fix but if I can use the Foreo bear safely in those areas then I won’t. Thanks in advance and love your videos!
Hi thanks for your question. As I've mentioned in the video. You should lower the level of the regular Bear to level 3 to use on eye area. The Bear mini max level is level 3. I personally i can use on level 5 but I recommend keeping on level 3 for delicate areas. The Bear mini has smaller probes so its more tailored for eye and smaller areas. FOREO made it specifically for smaller areas. However I've personally have been using both on all my face by adapting the techniques I show on this video. I'm just giving people more opinions in case they can't afford both and from my personal experience I've been using this way since last year w no problems. Of course if the person can afford both its great having both but I sincerely find that having one or the other can work as well. As far as the Nuface fix. I also have it and I will make a video about it. But I do not recommend at all. Mine cracked within 1 month of use and i never dropped jt and I didn't really see any difference. If up to you which device works best for you but I just wanted to give you my personal experience and if you read the reviews of the Nuface fix a lot of people had the same problem of the device cracking w regular use. It's unfortunate but that is my experience. Let me know if you have any other questions. I’m new to my foreo bear, and I’m wondering if you can use this under your eyes? I have under eye wrinkles and that’s where it’s worse. Can this help with that? I’ve looked everywhere online and haven’t found anyone using it for that area
Hi Moki :) You're welcome. Yes you can use in the under eyes. Check out the tutorial on this video. Honestly I feel microcurrent helps to relax the wrinkles, but works best on dynamic wrinkles which are wrinkles caused by facial movement. Since microcurrent relaxes the muscle you will see some smoothing of the wrinkled caused by repeated facial movements. Since you have the BEAR. You can first focus on using it consistently and see if the wrinkles results are enough for you. Use microcurrent consistently and follow with a good hidrating eye cream and a good serum and see if you like the results and after using for a couple of months see if you need more...If you want more wrinkle reduction you can decide if you want to invest on a good eye device. To best address fine lines and wrinkles i find the that the combination of microcurrent or devices like the NIRA or Evenskyn Venus gives the best results for wrinkles when combining with microcurrent. I have reviewed both devices and i will leave links here below. But start with the BEAR and go from there according to your needs. Hi The Bear mini its the one made for eye area and smaller areas, but mostly because it has smaller probes and only goes to level 3. However honestly I have been using the regular size Bear for years in the eye area w no problem and you can always lower the level of the regular size Bear to 3. Since the eye area its more delicate you can use it on level 3. But for me works just fine.

Como eu tenho os dois eu tambem notei isso e depois de pesquisar bem eu descobri que o BEAR de tamanho normal tem o anti-shock mas por algumas razao o BEAR mini nao tem o anti-shock. Entao nenhum does aparelhos esta com problemas mas sim tem settings e features diferentes. Mas os dois funcionam bem e o mini realmente cabe melhor na area dos olhos.

Hi Microcurrent it's very safe but i can understand your concern. This could be happening for a couple of reasons and it also depends on the areas that you are having these feelings. For example. - HAIR: It's normal to feel some tingling on the hair when you get close to the hairline because hair is conductive but again it's safe and should not cause any harm. - TEETH: Also if you have dental work or braces you could have feelings on your teeth since metal conducts microcurrent, but to avoid this you could put some cottom on the areas inside your mouth that you have any feelings to prevent it or even put your tongue on the teeth areas that have feelings to prevent the current to reach any metal on teeth. - WHOLE FACE: Also if you don't have enough conductivity this could also happen since without conductivity the current will bounce of your skin and not reach the muscle and could give you this feelings as well if you don't have enough gel or conductivity. - I have a whole video with tips to get the best results from any microcurrent so also watch the video and try the tips there to see if helps here is the link: th-cam.com/video/dglM2FSVlZs/w-d-xo.html Let me know if you have any questions. xoxo

On their official website. they only mentioned that the device can be used for face and neck area, I couldn't find any info about whether it's safe to use for eye area. Hi The BEAR mini is the one officially created for the eye area because it only goes to level 3 of intensity and it has smaller probes. If you can afford both it's great to have both because the Mini does fit better in the eye area since it has smaller probes. However, I have adapted the normal size Bear to also use on the eye area by just lowering the level to level 3 and creating moves that also works with the larger probes in the eye area. As far as the actual electrical current...it is the same on both devices the main difference is the size of the probes and that the MINI can only go to level 3 of intensity to specifically be used only on smaller areas such as eyes and the regular size BEAR goes to level 5 of intensity. it is really up to you what you prefer. I have both and I often use the regular size BEAR for the eyes as well since last year with great results and that is why i'm sharing this option. I like having both devices, but i do know a lot of people may not be able to afford both so i also created the adapted tutorial to help others that can only get one device. But it really is up to you and your budget. If you can get both great or if you can only get one I recommend the regular size BEAR since it goes to level 5 so you can always lower the intensity for smaller areas. I'm only sharing my experience from using since last year. But it is really up to a person budget and preferences. Let me know if you have any other questions. Happy to help :)

I'm still between mini and regular one, but because I have huge head, big eyes and I want something that I will use for a long time (3yrs investment), I'll get stronger one, and by the time increase microcurrent strenght to max.
But for someone that is okey with strength 3, small head and eyes, young person, smaller budget at the moment and that would probably switch on microcurrent device in one year, probaby stronger one, I think mini is the right decision.

Hi Glad you liked the video. To be completely honest. There are stronger devices out there, but in regards to micro-current stronger it's not always better. I have a lot of more expensive microcurrent devices that are stronger than the BEAR, but i get better results with the BEAR because it's quicker to use. So I feel the best microcurrent device it's one that you use consistently and get great results.

Hello! Wonderful and useful tutorials! I received my unit today. I'm worried because the instructions say to avoid the eye area. And I have a big problem there. Is it dangerous to treat the area around the eyes with this device?

You're welcome. I just turned 45 this July and I was 44 when i shot this video. Microcurrent it's a modality that works for any age but i feel that if you are older you will definitely see more results than someone that does not need any lifting. The BEAR results are also cumulative so you will see even better long term results with regular use besides the immediate results. I had the nuface trinity with the ele attachment for two years and just got the foreo bear and the mini and it really blows the trinity out of the water. Trust me when I say the bear gives me MUCH better results. I use it on the strongest setting with conducting gel and strenght two on my forehead and around the eyes. Even my neck looks so much tighter I already saw an imptovement with the trinity but this is a lot more lifted
does it hurt you at all? Or do you notice any involuntary muscle twitches?

Thank you for these videos! I have been using my bear mini for a couple weeks every day. I only have it on level 2, but I cannot stop my eye from closing when it gets close! When I do my jawline my mouth goes crazy 😅 I’m not sure if that’s normal, but I definitely see my forehead/eyelid/brow area lifted when I use it!
Hi You're very welcome! If you are experience any involuntary muscle twitching just lower the current to 1 and increase the current with time. You will still get results but it may be your muscles just need some more getting used to the current or also check if you are using enough conductivity. I bought the Bear 2 and it's my first time using microcurrent devices, I must say that the first time I used it was kind of shocking (no pun intended) and slightly uncomfortable. But it's the kind of pain you get used to in time.
Is it normal to get little shocks sometimes??? Especially on the forhead and eyes... I am already using it with lowest strength...

The APP tutorial that comes with it it's very basic that is why I developed my own routine and I'm sharing it. I feel works best when i use this way than just the APP tutorial. I feel that will add more tutorials to the APP in the future, but so far the APP Tutorial is very basic and I feel that is why not many people use it to it's full potential. I bought foreo bear about a month ago. Let me tell you, this little machine is amazing. I was eckeptical, but you see the results since the firt session. Hi Vanessa :) You're welcome. You shouldn't feel anything with microcurrent. If you are feeling little short shocks sounds like you need to apply more conductivity gel or spray the gel with water more constantly to revive the gel and this will help with conductivity as well as it should help to not feel any sensations. @@vanessasoares5918 I think it may possibly be hairs on your face. I find when I do my upper lip where I sometimes get fine hairs ( I get these tiny shocks but not anywhere else on my face, I'm not hairy there).

Can you put it under the eye like this?
Yes you can! i have used it for years with great results. The only thing to keep in mind is to lower the current to a level 3 or lower to start since the eye area is more delicate. The BEAR mini has smaller probes and only goes to level 3 so it's more target it to the eye area but you also use the BEAR full size if you lower the current and use the moves i show on this video.
Which one is better? Foreo bear for face lift, or medicube age r pro for face lift?
Hi thanks for your questions. I will do a video about it to compare.But in a nutshell they are completely different devices with different technologies and modes.
If you are just looking for face lift then the BEAR might be a better options.
The Booster pro does lift but it has settings that the BEAR does not have so does lift but helps with face volume, the best wrinkle smoothing and also has the needle free technology.
But the BEAR 2 does give a better life since it's mainly a microcurrent devices. The bear 2 does require conductive gel and the Booster pro can be used with your regular skincare since uses a different technology than the bear.
I have tried the BEAR 2 also for 30-days so I will do a comparing video showing both devices 30-day results but you can watch the 30-days results from the BEAR 2 here if you want to watch it now to decide what works best for you:

In a nutshell...My son got really sick for over 2 weeks. Than I got sick with the same virus he had and now that i'm finally starting to get better my father-in-law tested positive for Covid last Friday :(
I had Covid last year and I was sick for a very long time and I'm still not fully recovered that is why when i get sick i take a long time to bounce back.
My husband and I are all vaccinated but my toddler is not so i'm very worried :(
We will test soon and hope it's negative. But all these have really taken a toll on my health and energy to shoot and post. I haven't been sleeping well and hard to be on camera when i'm not physically well.

You're welcome. The FOREO BEAR will definitely work for any age for lifting and it's so easy and quick to use that i find more effective that my other devices because i end up using my BEAR more often because it's a quicker treatment. The best device is the one you will use so if you commit to using the BEAR you will definitely see results for lifting but if you also have other concerns such as laxity of the skin or collagen loss than you may also need other devices to get even better results but for sure start with the BEAR and use it for at least 3 months before deciding if you need anything else. Because it truly depends on your skin needs.

Oi Camila :) Eu pessoalmente prefiro o BEAR de tamanho normal porque é mais forte e vai ate o nivel 5 e o BEAR mini vai so ate o nivel 3. Sim se pode obter bons resultados com qualquer deles mais prefiro o que vai ate o nivel 5 pois é mais forte . O BEAR mini foi feito para areas menores e delicadas como a area dos olhos mas eu abaixo o nivel do BEAR normal para 3 e uso tambem na area dos olhos.

Hi The feeling you are experience could be caused from not having enough gel in the area that it's not giving enough conductivity so the micro-current might be bouncing back.
Even though it may feel like a shock it's truly just feeling the microcurrent bouncing. I'm saying this because the BEAR its anti shock and comparing to my other microcurrent devices that i have used i can tell you that it is a different feeling when you get literally shocked by the tool.
The shock i felt with other microcurrent tools such as Nuface feels different. It's more like a zap or an energy spike like a feeling of the energy crawling on skin and shocks causing like a thunder bolt effect.
So try first adding enough gel or serum to the area and making sure the area it's always wet or slippery when using the tool.
HOWEVEr If after adding enough gel to the area you are treating and you still feel this shock. Maybe contact FOREO and let them know to see if the machine might be malfunctioning.

Can we also use DIY Vit. C 10% serum (water based/no glycerin) before applying Argireline Serum and starting the micro current? Was thinking if it helps penetrate the maybe not a bad idea ..
You might have mentioned but I didn't hear, is there a big difference between the results of the mini & regular? 💥🌹 I have the clareblend but I think this plumps skun out more.
Hi The Mini has smaller probes and only goes to level 3. The regular size BEAR goes to level 5 and has bigger probes. I like the regular size better because you can do everything the mini does and it's stronger so you can also use on the whole face. I honestly prefer the regular size BEAR than the mini. I have both but i often just use the regular size Bear. Let me know if you have any other questions. Sorry for the delay on the reply. Yes the BEAR mini has smaller probes so it's easier to go in smaller areas, but i honestly hardly reach for my mini and I find that i feel the current more with the BEAR mini than i do with the Regular size BEAR. not sure why.
If you can afford both you can try the mini to see if you like it better on eyes area. But I recommend the regular size bear for whole face and eyes because that is what i mostly use myself.

Oi feliz de ter você aqui no meu canal. o ideal é retirar o brinco antes de utilizar o Bear porque qualquer tipo de joia que tenha metal (ate ouro) pode servir de condutor da electricidade da microcorrente e pode dar choque pois metal conduz electricidade. Nao vai eletrocutar nao...nada muito forte...mas pode dar um choquezinho ou desconforto. Por isso por questao de comforto e precaução tem que se retirar brincos e ate colares quando usar qualquer microcorrente. Isso se aplica não só ao BEAR mas qualquer aparelho de microcorrente tem essa contra indicacao...ate se fizer em Estetisista vai pedir para retirar brincos e joias durante o tratamento. Me desculpa o portugues enferrujado... mas moro aqui a mais de 25 anos e as vezez escrever em portugues sai enferrujado....rsrsrsr mas me avisa se precisar que explique melhor. beijos

Hi it does help to firm up the neck and under the chin but also the results depends on your age. If you have a lot of sagging it could be more effective to mix this with Radio frequency as well, but I did see some firming on neck and under the chin for sure and I have a before and after photo on my other BEAR video. Mas como vc comentou no video das 6 dias, eu vou tentar melhorar minha tecnica. Talvez ela tenha que ser melhor executada. Eu tenho feito com gel condutor apenas por ser mais barato por aqui. Em relacao ao BEAR... O mini é mais fraco porque é mais para a area dos olhos ou labios e para areas menores mas eu adaptei usar o BEAR normal para os olhos so abaixando a intensidade e tem funcionado bem por isso acho que nao precisa ter os dois mas o mini realmente cabe melhor na area dos olhos porque é menorzinho.
O BEAR me ajudou bastante na ruga entre as sobrancelhas talvez a foto nao tenha mostrado bem isso. A luz tava um pouco diferente pois uso com meu telefone. Esse tutorio que mostro na area dos olhor nao acho que cause rugas na testa. Talvez tente a technica que ensino nesse video.
Em relacao a gel conductor. Voce pode usar também Glicerina pura como gel condutor. A Glicerina ajuda a corrente a penetrar na pele e também hidrata a pele. Eu acho uma melhor alternativa e também bem mais econômica. Tenho testado e tenho gostado dos resultados de usar com Glicerina mas tem que ser pura. Vou fazer ate um video sobre isso mas quero compartilhar essa info com voce aqui pois funciona com GLicerina tambem.
Sim pondo serum por baixo ajuda a que os ingredientes do serum sejam absorvidos melhor pela pele pois microcorrente alem de dar lift tambem ajuda a penetrar ingredientes por isso leia bem os ingredientes e so use com produtos seum a base de agua e sem acidos.

Hi yes I have the Clareblend mini and when I used to use it I also saw results. I don't use it anymore because it takes longer to do the treatment time compared to the Bear. The Clarablend mini takes 20 mins and I usually do my Bear advanced treatment from 6 to 9 minutes total so for me the Bear works best for being faster and still giving me the result I want. But they are both amazing tools.
I will do a ranking video of all my microcurrent devices and I will for sure include the Clarablend mini.
How long do you do each eye?
And do you just keep restarting it since it turns off after a few minutes?
Hi I do it on each eye till the device turns off. So i do about 3 mins on each eye. 3 mins on each eye should be fine a couple times a week if you want an extra eye lift and you can also alternate with the rest of the face on the same day or other days. I often do my whole face and eyes in 7 to 9 mins total and i just turn the device on again when turns off.
But this is a more intense treatment you can also do just the regular 3 mins treatment more often and you will still see results this is just giving suggestions on a more intense treatment do a couple times a week to get even better results or if you are older and need more lifting. otherwise the regular 3 mins all over the face daily should work as well with consistent use.

Great tutorial!! Would you recommend the Foreo BEAR over the Nuface or the Zip for mature skin? I'm 48 and on many webs they tell this device is only for young people..However, I don't want results for only a few hours as many people say they get with Nuface, for instance..
The foreo bear have more potential and it's better quality compared to the nuface it's what many people say on TH-cam whu have both devices, I don't know about the Zip
Thank you! I'm 44 so i understand that we over 40 girls have more skin needs! I own the Nuface, the Ziip, the Myolift mini, Myolift QT, the Clarablend mini, and the Mesoform pro. I have them all ;) and I will make a video comparing them all.
But for now I can tell you that these are all amazing tools but i honestly use the BEAR over all these tools, because it's faster and the BEAR gives me great lasting results.
I used the NUFACE for many many years and when i got pregnant I stopped using the NUFACe and my lift ended within a week. I was so upset because i thought since i was using for years it would last longer than a week.
I've been using the BEAR for many months and now I can even stop for a whole month and i still get my lift and I can tell you i have seen long term effects from the BEAR way more than from using NUFACe for years.
HOWEVER I feel that the BEAR APP tutorial it's targeting younger people and the APP tutorial is very basic and not enough for older people.
When I first got it i did use the APP tutorial and mixed with my Advanced tutorial, but I feel that the APP tutorial it's not enough for my age and that is why i developed these advanced moved to use on myself. And after using it for a while i can tell you it works!
So now I only do the BEAR with the Eye lift Advanced tutorial that i show on this video and also on the Full face Advanced tutorial video.
So if you decided to get the BEAR definitely use it on manual mode and do these moves I teach on this video as well as on my other Bear full face advanced tutorial. I created these move based all all the tools that I have and they have been giving me great results.
One of the main reasons I love the BEAR, besides the results...it's that is really quick to use and even when i do the advanced tutorials I spend less than 10 mins on my whole face.
So for my needs it works well since I lack time and I also love the results.
But if you are older and have a lot of free time there are also other amazing microcurrent tools. From the ones I have I'd suggest the Myolift Mini or the Clarablend Mini over the Ziip.
The Ziip is great but you can only use it with their serum which is $80 so gets really expensive and I found the Ziip it's more for acne and for the skin. It works the muscles but nanacurrent focus more on skin quality. I did like my results but my bank account didn't like the serum prices. So I stopped using it because it was too expensive and I honestly get way better results with the BEAR.
The other microcurrent tools that i love it's the Myolift mini not the Miolyft QT. The myolift Mini it's also an amazing tool that I love and I feel works great for older people if you have the time to learn and to use it. but again i use the BEAR over the Myolift mostly because of lack of time and I love that i can do the BEAR while watching TV and get it all done quickly. The Myolift takes 30 minutes to do but it does work really well and have lot of attachments. So i do also recommend it.
Another great tool for older people that it's not very talked about its the Clareblend mini. I do love it as well and give amazing lift. But it does require 20 minutes treatments a few times a week. So even though i love it I don't have the time to do the treatments. But again if you have the time it is also an amazing tool.
I will actually do a video ranking all my microcurrent tools to explain better the differences but i feel it really goes down to budget and time available to do the tools.

I actually have the Droplette and I have been testing for a few months to do a video. So far I like it, but to be honest i'm not sure it's worth the high price plus you can't buy it without having to pay for subscription of their capsules.
I do see good results, but I find that you can also get amazing results with Radio Frequency and Microcurrent without having to pay for a subscription on top of the device price.
I will do a video about it and explain better. I like the device but i wish it didn't force us into buying a subscription.I'm still on the fence if I'd recommend it. Maybe I would for sure recommend the device if subscription was a choice.
Another thing I don't like is that you can't buy a variety package of the capsules. you have to choose one at a time so if you choose 2 types it gets even more expensive as a monthly subscription. Don't get me wrong! i like the device but I feel you can still get amazing results with other tools without having to have such high monthly subscription.
I will keep you posted if my mind changes but so far I'm still on the fence. I will do a whole video about it as soon as i'm done testing it.
Also I don't feel that it is a one and done device. You get good results but for the price and subscription commitment it should be all i need to use but you do still need to use other devices and that is why i'm still on the fence if it's worth it.

Hi I haven't tried the silkn device for anti aging yet. I bought a siln device but it's not for anti-aging and I haven't tried it yet but I hear good things about it but I haven't used it.
What if I used the foreo Bear on my body ? Or what about using galvanic spa before or after the bear ?
Hi The BEAR will not be as effective on the body since the muscles on the body require much stronger current. For the body it's best to use either EMS or a microcurrent device specifically for the body so it has the correct strength to work on the body muscles.
Galvanic it's also a type of microcurrent. So you can use either before your after the BEAR.
Darcy , are you washing off the HA/conductive gel after the micro current treatment? If yes , would this wash also off the Argireline Serum?
Hi The Gel that I use it's from Nuface and it's a leave on formula so I don't wash it off.
If you use it with other gels on top of serum and wash it off than yes it will wash off the Argireline serum. however microcurrent also helps to push the ingredients deeper so even if you wash it off should be fine too and you can just apply more serum after if you wash it off but the benefits of the serum will already be infused from the microcurrent treatment as well.
@@BrazilianGirlChannel I using hyaluronic acid (DIY one) . usually i wipe it off but I guess I could also leave in on .. the issue is that I do apply a bunch of other serums (AM or PM routine ) after that .. so I thought better to have the skin cleaned

Só tenho dúvida na hora de escolher o gel condutor; uso o Loreal Revitalift Acido Hialurônico. Pela formula acho que está certo, mas ele seca muito rápido. Então tenho que reidratar com água termal. Existe um gel da Hidramais que é barato e pode ser uma opção! Tem no site da Época cosmeticos. Pelo que entendi, a proposta dele é ser gel condutor mesmo para aparelhos de ultrassom! Ainda não comprei o meu Bear, mas pesquisei esse gel! 😘

Hi Yes The brand THE ORDINARY has a lot of great pretty affordable serums with great ingredients. Pretty much any water based serums from The ordinary would work. I specific like the Ordinary argireline serum and it costs $8.50. You can find links on the description box or just at any Sephora. Hi. Is there any water based serum you would reccomend that doesn't cause as many shocks? I get shocked often especially on my forehead no matter how muxh gel I use. 🥴
Hi Ali, Also try spraying water on top of the serum to revive the serum so it's moist all the time because the serum can dry out and cause the shocks. Hi, not to critize but sincere question: doesnt the guideluines of Foreo say that you can’t use the device in the eye and mouth area? I’m thinking about buying the nuface fix but if I can use the Foreo bear safely in those areas then I won’t. Thanks in advance and love your videos!
Hi thanks for your question. As I've mentioned in the video. You should lower the level of the regular Bear to level 3 to use on eye area. The Bear mini max level is level 3. I personally i can use on level 5 but I recommend keeping on level 3 for delicate areas. The Bear mini has smaller probes so its more tailored for eye and smaller areas. FOREO made it specifically for smaller areas. However I've personally have been using both on all my face by adapting the techniques I show on this video. I'm just giving people more opinions in case they can't afford both and from my personal experience I've been using this way since last year w no problems. Of course if the person can afford both its great having both but I sincerely find that having one or the other can work as well.
As far as the Nuface fix. I also have it and I will make a video about it. But I do not recommend at all. Mine cracked within 1 month of use and i never dropped jt and I didn't really see any difference.
If up to you which device works best for you but I just wanted to give you my personal experience and if you read the reviews of the Nuface fix a lot of people had the same problem of the device cracking w regular use. It's unfortunate but that is my experience.

I’m new to my foreo bear, and I’m wondering if you can use this under your eyes? I have under eye wrinkles and that’s where it’s worse. Can this help with that? I’ve looked everywhere online and haven’t found anyone using it for that area

Honestly I feel microcurrent helps to relax the wrinkles, but works best on dynamic wrinkles which are wrinkles caused by facial movement. Since microcurrent relaxes the muscle you will see some smoothing of the wrinkled caused by repeated facial movements.
Since you have the BEAR. You can first focus on using it consistently and see if the wrinkles results are enough for you. Use microcurrent consistently and follow with a good hidrating eye cream and a good serum and see if you like the results and after using for a couple of months see if you need more...If you want more wrinkle reduction you can decide if you want to invest on a good eye device.
To best address fine lines and wrinkles i find the that the combination of microcurrent or devices like the NIRA or Evenskyn Venus gives the best results for wrinkles when combining with microcurrent. I have reviewed both devices and i will leave links here below. But start with the BEAR and go from there according to your needs.

Hi The Bear mini its the one made for eye area and smaller areas, but mostly because it has smaller probes and only goes to level 3. However honestly I have been using the regular size Bear for years in the eye area w no problem and you can always lower the level of the regular size Bear to 3. Since the eye area its more delicate you can use it on level 3. But for me works just fine.

Não aguentei , estava muito interessada no bear minie peguei em uma promoção ótima. Já tenho o de tamanho normal e queria o mini para áreas mais específicas. Só que no de tamanho normal não sinto os choquinhos e no tamanho mini sinto os choquinhos ,nada incômodo. Sempre usando com bastante gel.A duvida é será que o meu de tamanho normal está com problema? Como eu tenho os dois eu tambem notei isso e depois de pesquisar bem eu descobri que o BEAR de tamanho normal tem o anti-shock mas por algumas razao o BEAR mini nao tem o anti-shock. Entao nenhum does aparelhos esta com problemas mas sim tem settings e features diferentes. Mas os dois funcionam bem e o mini realmente cabe melhor na area dos olhos.

Ja tenho a anos e na epoca quando senti isso fui no site chegar as especificacoes p ver as diferencas e nao indicava ter o anti shock no mini so no de tamanho normal. Mas hoje fui no site e agora indica que tem anti shock pode ser que o modelo novo tenha o anti shock agora. Mas o meu mini tem mesmo mais sensation do que o meu do tamanho normal e muitas pessoas me perguntam isso. Por isso acho que nao tem. Hi the full advanced face tutorial can last 7 to 9 minutes but if you do just the eyes can be 7 minutes or less.

It would be good if you would clarify if all the Foreo face masks are ok to leave the serum on after the UFO if you are going to use the Bear. (I mean that some face mask serum would be on face when using Bear. Do you use any other face masks besides Foreo? - what else could we use instead (instead of using Foreo masks is there something that would be better when using the Bear next) After the UFO treatment do we need to use more Serum then (i.e.Serum Serum, ) or other gel on top of that before using Bear next . It would be great to know too if you put on any products first in the very beginning (before putting face mask on i.e. to prepare the face before using the UFO . Also how much time do you need to leave (if any) between using UFO mask and Bear Treatment?. You mention about spraying (mineral) water on- can we just use bottled water to spray?. Hi Microcurrent it's very safe but i can understand your concern. This could be happening for a couple of reasons and it also depends on the areas that you are having these feelings. For example.
- HAIR: It's normal to feel some tingling on the hair when you get close to the hairline because hair is conductive but again it's safe and should not cause any harm.
- TEETH: Also if you have dental work or braces you could have feelings on your teeth since metal conducts microcurrent, but to avoid this you could put some cottom on the areas inside your mouth that you have any feelings to prevent it or even put your tongue on the teeth areas that have feelings to prevent the current to reach any metal on teeth.
- WHOLE FACE: Also if you don't have enough conductivity this could also happen since without conductivity the current will bounce of your skin and not reach the muscle and could give you this feelings as well if you don't have enough gel or conductivity.

On their official website. they only mentioned that the device can be used for face and neck area, I couldn't find any info about whether it's safe to use for eye area. Try to look into it on internet, there's one reviewer said that "Do not use for eye area". so which one is correct? just wanna make sure before buying one :D
Hi The BEAR mini is the one officially created for the eye area because it only goes to level 3 of intensity and it has smaller probes. If you can afford both it's great to have both because the Mini does fit better in the eye area since it has smaller probes.
However, I have adapted the normal size Bear to also use on the eye area by just lowering the level to level 3 and creating moves that also works with the larger probes in the eye area.
As far as the actual electrical current...it is the same on both devices the main difference is the size of the probes and that the MINI can only go to level 3 of intensity to specifically be used only on smaller areas such as eyes and the regular size BEAR goes to level 5 of intensity.
it is really up to you what you prefer. I have both and I often use the regular size BEAR for the eyes as well since last year with great results and that is why i'm sharing this option.
I like having both devices, but i do know a lot of people may not be able to afford both so i also created the adapted tutorial to help others that can only get one device.
But it really is up to you and your budget. If you can get both great or if you can only get one I recommend the regular size BEAR since it goes to level 5 so you can always lower the intensity for smaller areas.

Since you said it's safe as long as we keep the level low , I think I'll go with the regular size. I don't wanna have too many stuffs so any thing with multi functions would be a better choice.
