I have eaten many street food when I was in Pakistan and never gotten sick but weirdly enough I got sick in some restaurants, maybe I’m just lucky 🤷♀️

Hi there I'm huzaifa from Pakistani. These egg fried burgers are the specialty of my city Karachi. It's so easy to make. For 1 burger take 1 egg put it in a bowl scramble it (not with the shell) boil some litnence and chick pears and some beef mince (optional) mash them to make patties. Pour some oil on a heated pan dip the pattie in the scrambled egg try to make a good coat and fry it. And yeah buns fried or not depends on your mostly its a bit fried from the top and yeah as u r Mexican so u love spicy food so spices depends. That's all

But again that burger was looking nice.

I mean what are you trying to say? Does that mean countries having street food don't have brands? And one more thing you people get only chicken in these brands but we get chicken as well as beef in these brands. 😜

I wonder how much each burger cost, it has generous and almost complete fillings in it, this street food video is cleaner than those I previously watched, also others should understand every country's unique culture,they are at least using right hand in food prep. We too sometimes use our hands in food prep but usually for dry ingredients only

The brown thing is Lentil Cutlets (Mixture of lentils paste). There, women do not like to eat on the street, so the sellers arrange a separate place for women.
The white sauce is Mayonnaise.

I love how you white people can be insufferably annoying.
im from europe where we have the best rated restaurants im the world, and still many chef behind doors dont use gloves in their kitchen; but i suppose because they are white nothing happen in that case.... ; street food and also the region temperature where you work can be very uncofortable to work with gloves, if you heat high enough the food does not matter the gloves; just clean very good the hands before manipulation
