That fireball attack my work on those bases (Not sure design name) where they put TH, Eagle,Tower and builder huts in the center and everything else around the perimeter to waste time.

He intended the freeze for the monolith, but monolith already down when he put the freeze

I think that once the Eagle's target is locked, it cannot escaped unless that one bat is died or enter the blind spot.
