I am so glad this line was chosen to be represented in TSW2: I visited London in 2013 and this was "my" home line from Elephant & Castle towards Westminster, and I was intrigued by the old school running stock.
This is helpful because this train can act up every now and again, well at least for me anyway. I didnt know about the windows being down and all that, so learnt something new
Wrong bit of brief history. 1972 Mk1s were built for operation on the Northern Line to replace the 38 stocks, most were withdrawn in 1999 by the 1995 Stock. The MK2s transferred onto the Bakerloo in 1977 and recieved their LU Corporate livery around 1990
This guide helps, but still I prefer a written manual in addition, where you can explain what all stuff is doing, fi. what is a ... governor doing? No idea after watching this video.
Excellent video. I realized the window on the driver's side MUST be closed in order to start the train up again. I was so annoyed 😅 but I love this game.
Really good! I learned many things .More detailed guides like this, in video or written please... I'm hoping the game would some day feature a realistic mode, that requires players to do the pre-run tests and use safety systems to get good points.
Can you give some more info on how to manage brake pressures? I don't know what I'm doing wrong but I often find on a journey that I will eventually lose pressure which renders my train stuck and unable to proceed further. Can brake pressure be reset or recharged somehow?
@@velogoo This is very late, so you have likely figured this out by now, but I had the same issue. Basically this happens when the train is put into shut down mode using the traction/main control, which can happen accidentally when trying to brake quickly. In order to start moving again do the following. Put the train into shut down -> Emergency (air noise will begin) -> off and release -> press the valve reset button -> Rheo 1 hold (you will hear beeping) -> Shunt/series/parallel. You cannot skip any of these steps and they must be in order. If you do that it should start moving. If it doesn’t you are likely triggering a safety feature (doors unlocked, window open, not sitting down)
@@Snowcountry556 thanks for that! I did never really find a solution, so that info is really useful 😀I haven't actually played the game for a while but fancy giving it another go so I will keep this note handy! cheers!
Thanks! I learned something new. I didn’t know you could change the destination blind. With the destination blind would you change it for the next stop or the final destination of the run?
Absolutely terrible set up video here I’m a complete noob and all I want to is drive the tube train. Why isn’t it as easy as right trigger go fast left trigger go slow?!!!!!!!!!!

I find that no matter how much experience I have with a certain train, these tutorial features always teach me something I didn’t know. Great job!
Same

This guide is amazing! More guides of this quality!

Ohh. This is good. It’s easy to drive when you know what to do but I know this will be helpful.
Now all we need is a Westinghouse tutorial. Still can’t get my head round that thing!
@@C20F Westinghouse in real life can be terrifying experience!
If anyone is curious, the alternative mode of breaking he was talking about is called the Kensington Brake
This is really good. Would love to see more of these.
More are coming soon 😀
Great video! Love the attention you put into your trains!
Absolutely!

This is a great guide for this train. Thanks a lot mate! Been very helpful.👍

Depending on what train your driving, you might need to charge the brakes?
@@JoshMcPhotography yes, using the standard bakerloo line trains, problem is I don't know how to charge the brakes so I end up getting stuck.
@@velogoo have no I idea how to apply pressure so train can move

Awesome. Useful information. Could do with more of these type of content.
Now I know how to reverse
it's like rocket science but for tube
I Saw that on Facebook some days ago :D
Superbes trains ! Rénovation réussie et confort assuré !
I was wondering how do you turn the passenger lights on?
Playing the game, whenever I try to accelerate I move to shunt with the traction brake and then throttle and nothing happens what am I missing?
Next gonna be Sand Patch Grade Locomotive
They should, they really should!
Nope, it will be the ICE, see the roadmap march 23rd
Thanks
What does the audible valve reset button do?
I think Matt did the voice over
Missing as always "Digitised Voice Announcer" even "WoS 3 Underground" from ten years ago ahead of you.
is this a add on or is it already with the game
Am I the only person having start up issues, I follow the instructions and the train doesn’t move
Yh

@@MorganTheTimeLord i knew it. On steam it says an offer ends on Thursday but there is not a release date and so I decided to ask here.
How do you enable the cab door
I think its Welded shut so
Add the 1938 tube stock
I tried and I couldn't do it
Don't work... I still can't start the train...
