I got his c1 in standard banner few months ago, and his C2 also in standard banner, with 12 pity. Lucky me

Edit: sucrose must be built on full EM if you want to maximise your team's overall damage

Ehh, aggravate and spread still prefer elemental dmg bonus buff, so kazuha still superior here, especially with how much nahida buffs em, so a balance of both world is better

Sucrose might give some EM but Kazuha simply feels more reliable because of his grouping, personal Dmg and the ability to stagger enemies
