    Road dividers are my favorite sight, as most of my cuttings are from road dividers 😅 syngonium, song of India, rhoeo, mahatma, snake, purple heart, spider Lilly, and latest cutting is of ixora which I have propogated during lockdown. I get so happy to see them. Now plant propgation makes me so content.
    Last week I got few cuttings of madhumalti from road side till now it is doing good, hope It gets rooted.

This plant gives me that warmth of the medetranion on dark ,dull and never ending depressing days. "Oh blessed sun where are you? You're so powerful but I still can'tsee you.**

    Very informative video. Just to add one info that my Pink Oleander was attacked by Thrips & Mealy Bugs as well. Thrips are the worse as they stopped the growth completely by destroying the tiny newer leafs. Some birds took care of mealy bugs so didn't have to do anything for them.

    • @Urbanscapegardening
      @Urbanscapegardening  5 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Oh thank you for letting me know about this. I hate Thrips. But mine has not been affected by them, even though i have my rose plants infested with em. So do not keep any affected plant near it. Thrips are not great flyers. They attack plants in close proximity

    Thank you for explaining what leaf scorch is.... My Oleander plant had it 70% all over. I just left it as no one knew what that horrible blackness was. After a few years it disappeared on its own and the plant is now as healthy as ever. So please don't throw them away as they will recover on their own.
    One question how do I make it bushier at the top of the plant as Im trying to shape it like a tree. At the moment its about 5ft high. Bushes at the bottom and thin and long at the top the exact opposite to what I want

    • @Urbanscapegardening

      Oh my not sure about the exact number. But the leaves are not tasty anyway so people nor animals eat it. only if they suffer from an underlying condition akin to malnutrition then they would go for it. Hope the elderly individual becomes a little less curious with this plant 🙏

    I have a potted Oleander that I keep in winter in my greenhouse because it is too cold in the winter here for it to survive outside. My question is how long can I keep my Oleander in it's current pot, and still keep the plant happy? I repotted it last spring (spring 2022) and it still seems happy. Oh, and also, when should I prune the plant? Since it is potted, and I want to keep it a bit smaller than I would if I could keep it outside. I of course want to prune it when it would be best to not end up cutting off any potential flowers. Okay, thanks for your help if you choose to reply to me.
