Better don't use the word ma'am. This is usually used to address really old women, like 70 or 80 year old women. If you say ma'am to a younger woman you can make them feel really uncomfortable and old. Sometimes ma'am is also used in a very formal way, but TH-cam is not the place for this. Simple and the safest bet is just use the first name, this sounds friendly and is very casual.
