Why not invest the toughness points into recovery for more passive heals in case heavy dark minion bosses hit you? Or at least put 20 and 5 in toughness
You don't need Toughness at all. Extra HP does nothing as long as a Dark Minion Savage Necrosis Elite do not 1 hit kill you. You can regenerate your HP via Biosynthesis and Tissue Repair so there is no difference between 14K hp and 40K hp. Also that is a waste of skillpoints with 25 BAE. You need 15-19 skillpoints roughly for 99/99/99 resistance.
Finally a Build made for invincibility against normal hits, I'm going to test the set of skillpoints from a character from the beginning Can it be good if used from the beginning?
Probably just make sure to get speed first you don't want to be a snail either it's always best to start out with speed since enemies are weak at first and progressively use points for defense

In order to get the fourth augment slot on weapons, and the third slot on armor you have to use elite augment cores on them, In order to get elite augment cores you need to play nightmare mode, and there is a chance that either savage devastators or savage necrosis will drop them. hope this helps
