Yes I ask myself these questions. I fear starting but I don't want to quit. It's really because of this podcast that I'm still pushing forward. I was watching you guys when I realized I was working at the wrong company somewhere they weren't really helping the new agents to grow. I have moved on to work with another company that I'm happy with. The failure mentality from the other company I'm battling with myself everyday. I don't have the best support system on the homefront so I went search and found you guys . Thank you so much. This really is helping to come up from the ashes. I do want to be a difference maker !
