I had all the confidence in Peterson. Hes been great thsi season. Hes legit and Senga looked good against a tough lineup. If he can improve his innings each time out the Mets get even tougher to deal with. This lineup is extremely tough to deal with and are going to be a problem the rest of the way. Its great to see things go the mets way for once as far as good fortune. Senga coming back now is huge.
I concur, the Mets will be even tougher, if we get Senga back and pitch well for the rest of the postseason.

The Mets came back from 2 down in the 9th against the second best closer in the game so being down 1 run in the 8th a middle reliever is no problem.
