I remember when my wife told me that shes pregnant with our first and only son, I was so excited and happy at first, but as the days goes by I started to think about the changes in our life, the futures the responsibilities and I just had a anxiety attack:)… but as years goes by as your kid grows you will realize that this is something magical and very special, you will never exchange this feelings with anyother else:)… so my suggestion to you is to enjoy the journey:) you will love it ❤❤❤

I haven’t been home in a very long time pero ganito ang gusto ko gawin. Go on a nostalgic restaurant crawl sa mga old and still existing eateries na dating pinupuntahan. Lalo yung di ko afford dati lol. Yung kumain ka lang dati doon dahil may nag “blow-out”. lol
BTW, I love that Chef is not so full of himself or such a snob na di niya ma appreciate ang luto ng iba. He actually, shows how much he enjoys a certain food. For the most part, he does.

Kuys Jayps, as good as the chops from Strictly Dumplings are, I regret to tell the fans na may dumaig na sa chops nila. Just a couple of streets away in Banawe is Fong Wei Wu (katabi ng Pizza Hut Banawe). Mas panalo ang Taiwanese porkchops nila. Plus they have SOOO many more good offerings. Kulang ang isang visit to try them all.

Yung high school ako, favorite ko Tasty pork chop ng masangkay branch Nila and dumplings, sarap talaga. Even upto now, fave ko kuchay dumplings. Feel ko lang lately, Medio Mas marami lagay Nila ng harina to make pork chop look bigger. Taste, same namam.

I noticed the front passenger car seat is pushing onto the baby car seat, make sure they're not touching and the the baby car seat is actually sitting flatter and more horizontally. There should be a marker on the base to guild you. Anxiety is normal, let others help as much as they can to ease your worries

it’s understandable that you will receive a lot of advices, hear a lot of experiences and you will feel that pressure to be good parents. But, don’t get swallowed to the protocols for having a baby/child because each child/baby has different needs and ways of comfort. You'll be fine, Chef JP. I'm sure of that. It's completely normal to feel anxious since it's your first baby. We just had our second baby on August 22nd. If I can offer one piece of advice, it's to remain calm and relaxed. Babies can sense if you're stressed or panicked, so try to stay composed.
Also, the best milk for the baby is breast milk. No matter how pricey formula milk can get, it doesn't compare to the nutrients that a mom's milk provides. For your wife, I recommend eating dishes that include soup, malungay (moringa), and vegetables. Invest in a good-quality pump; if breastfeeding is difficult, breast milk can be stored in the freezer to extend its shelf life. Just remember to warm it before feeding it to your baby. Congratulations to you and your wife!
