Oh, we collage using gel prints all the time for Books, Tags, ATCs, and even boxes for all sorts of things. In the month of May, we created a concertina accordion book of flowers all made from prints along with the backgrounds. Here is the first of those streams... th-cam.com/users/liveNFR1JnzdxUw here is the building of the Tiger Lily if you want to jump further ahead th-cam.com/users/livelI081eNywQs
*** QUESTION: I was collaging onto book pages with my gel prints on tissue paper. I used Mod Podge. Wanted it to show text thru it. Used fan brush. It was so MESSY. I had to clean my desk after each one!!! Is there something better/easier to use to adhere tissue down??? THX Austin TX USA
Fan brush isn't quite the brush I would recommend... I like square one with a bit of stiffness to it. One of the ways to get the tissue down is to apply small amounts to the area first then the tissue and use any excess to go over the top. A little goes a long way so no need to really get the area or piece overly covered to the point of dripping or too much excess. Hope this helps.
@PMartistStudio PERFECT! Yes, I'm using way too much. And brush is too loosey-goosey!! No control. I understand!! Thank you so much. That's just what I needed to know!

Bonjour, beau travail mais faites vous des collages avec vos travaux à la gel plaque ? Où pouvons nous les voir ?

Is this were the long hauls originated from? Did P and M start a trend.... WAY TO GO LADIES 🤙
Yes 🤩✨
Why did P toss last one on the floor so she had to moan to get it?!?!?!? haha.
I like #17 & the roll off sheet best. =)
The prints were still wet so she needed to put it somewhere to dry flat. Hehehehe! There were about 3 or 4 really cool ones for sure.
The count of the 27 that are really 28 (27 if you omite the first as M wanted🤣😂)
Hehehehe
