On the subject of having more than one Bible translation, the point is not to make one “holico” It is a matter of necessity to gain understanding on the culture, historicity, context, and breath of what is intended/is being communicated. The Bible is a very unique book/account which requires its readers to “dig/mine” what it communicates to truly get to the core of each message. You actually learn something new everyday if you ready the Bible everyday.
