Thank you Just fished a wire from the passenger compartment to the battery on a 2020Honda CRV hybrid. Mine was a little different but close enough for this to be very helpful. I would never have thought to go through the wheel well but it worked great.
Thanks so much I couldn't find a square inch to poke a hole through for the new OEM fog lights installation without fearing having water to run out off , the next solution was to lift the motor lol !
What I did without prying the the wheel well cover and only popping off the cover inside the engine cover was that I used an soldering wire (Bend it to a hook) and then insert it from the fire wall into the engine bay and then pull my wires. Took around 5 minutes to find it (you might need a friend to wiggle/rotate to make it easier).
I used a dry cleaning metal hanger, straighten it and push through from the fire wall to the engine bay. It was long enough that I could do it by myself.

What Guage of wire did you use that fit? Hard to tell from video, but looks as if a subwoofer 10awg or 12awg may be too large to fit which is what many would like to do

You need rubber gromet around that wire that you fed wire into foot area...that wire will chaff from vibrations etc and wear through.
do you think you can fit a 0 gauge wire thru that hole?
Was that a power wire or a remote turn on wire ?

Pretty much any where on the chassis, support beam, metal.. drill, sand off paint and use self tapping screw.

If you are adding foglight to your vehicle, I would use a relay harness and tap constant on fuse with the correct amp fuse.
