Your shop's overall conversion rate doesn't matter to etsy. They look at how individual listings convert (sell). If a listing converts well in a search, then it will move up in that search. If your overall conversion rate mattered, non converting listings would drag down listings that sell well. That's not what etsy wants.

I have noticed buyers do not read item descriptions
Very helpful info! What about attributes? Should you leave some of them blank, like the event or holiday if it doesn’t apply to your listing?
If it doesnt apply to your listing then dont include it, but if it is relevant then I would add them in :) especially for holidays
