I want to know that my learner license is already issued from Daska , now i want to move forward for driving license i want to know that i have to go in “ khidmt markaz centre “ or Driving license office ? Because khidmat markaz is available in our city and driving license office is not available in our city please help me to elaborate this and from where i can start the process ( my learner is issued 45 days ago ) and i am eligible to apply please help me to guide it . Thank you !!
Walaikum as salam!! Yes, you can apply for a regular driving licence after 6 weeks of issuance of your learner license. If you have khidmat markaz in your city then go there. Most likely your regular license will be issued from there. Otherwise they will inform you further procedures. Just take your learner license and your CNIC with you!! Hope you get it.
