Like I stated in my last comment. talking to the young people in relation to a job. Is like talking to a tree. They are being paid to do that job, not to play on their cell phones or play games with children toys in the back room. One kid got caught and was sent home, he should've been FIRED. For not doing their job or his job, that is putting a heavy load on the others. I am loyal to the job, to get paid to do my job! I saw that you did not understand me the last time.
